24 hrs burger place with breakfast items available all day. The Jr cheeseburger was okay but nothing special since I had ordered an ultimate cheeseburger. At least I was only charged for what was delivered.
Service was fast and friendly, but they got my order wrong. The place is pretty basic but okay. The floor was sticky around the drinks machine.

$10 for a salad that’s not even half full an order of onion rings that’s not a full order. What the hell is happening to this place? their burger meat tastes like it’s old and the portions are skimpy. Not cool Jack in the box get it together.

I went to this location 11/7/25 for lunch and when we walked in we weren’t greeted. I get it it’s lunchtime but say something. We ended up using the kiosk and as I’m placing my order I notice that the lady taking order at the counter is sick. She was coughing and coughing. A few times she tried to cough into her arm but she was wearing short sleeves so the sputum was just released into the air, at a fast food restaurant, no mask no gloves just sputum in the air. She was handling food, bagging food with no mask. There were definitely times where she didn’t cover her mouth and I was utterly disgusted. I wanted to ask for my money back but I didn’t want to cause a scene. If you are sick you should stay home but if for whatever reason you are having to go to work sick you need to be wearing a mask especially dealing with people’s food. Love those tacos but I will not be returning there ever!

Messed up the order completely wanted grilled chicken and of course it was breaded. Wanted shredded cheese in the tacos instead of the American slice cheese. Then I ended up just leaving the American cheese in there and put the shredded on top. So that was real. Weird. Real cheesy I guess. And then for our combo I thought it was going to be curly fries but I guess you have to say curly fries instead of regular fries. They usually ask but didn’t even ask so I didn’t even really think of it at the time either..

Excellent service by the employee, Indira. I messed up and ordered through the app to the Parker location where I usually go. Indira was kind enough to call over to Parker and have the order redirected back to Aurora. The breakfest at Jack in the Box is aboved average when compared to other fast food restaurants. I love the loaded breakfast combo, and of course I cannot resist ordering additional hash browns because they are scrumptious.

It was an alright experience. If you go in to order, beware that there will be a wait, even if you are the only person in line (it seems they prioritize online and drive-thru orders). The inside was very clean and neat, it would be a great spot to dine in, with plenty of room to spare. I love how they offer multiple drink options in the coca-cola fountain machine they had (and actually had all the drink options they offered, unlike other places where minute maid or coca-cola would be empty and all they had would be like Root Beer or Hi-C). As for the food, it was nothing spectacular. The fries were good, and the burger was good. If you come across it and you want to give it a try, it won’t be a bad time, but it will not be anything exciting either. It’s the kind of place you’d want to grab once in a blue moon; I mean who doesn’t love curly fries?

At 4 am, the ultimate cheeseburger was the best fast food Ive had in a long time. Their sauces were probably one of the best parts. A little too expensive for what it is is but so is all fast food rn.

I pulled up to the drive-thru, I was the only one there and it took the guy between 5-10 minutes to start taking my order (not exaggerating.) The burger are not a good as I remember, it was OK at best and over-priced.

Ordering a burger through Uber Eats and receiving a chicken sandwich is ridiculous. If this was something you ran out of just cancel the damn order don’t just send whatever you want.
