As I was talking to my new best friend, after moving here to Colorado, she told me she used to work at the Jack-in-the-Box so I said yeah I’m pretty hungry. Let’s go after going to the drive-through and place in our order which it took a little while we told him we didn’t have enough money for the entire order and the employee Literally said to us. What do you expect me to do with this order that you just order and again I apologize and told him we don’t have enough money. This is our budget and he literally looked at me and said really and I just said I’m sorry we only have this amount of money. I’m sorry I apologize. We thought we had more and saying that me and my friend both do not have jobs right now and we thought we had enough money to order what we did and then we double checked we realized we did not have enough money so I told him again. I really do apologize but I don’t know what we need to take off in the middle of talking to him about face turned around And was literally talking bad about us to one of his coworkers which was actually nice to us so then at the end, he changed the order and then asked us and we repeated it back to him twice. Then he told us them out and I told him that’s not right. What did he mark down and then again he got very upset with us, even got really mouthy, and his tone was just literally like felt like I stepped on his toe or literally crashed his car. He was just really upset. I don’t know if this is his first day. He acted like he was one of the managers there but I’m not sure he was wearing a jacket and a hat then he came back to us and said is there anything else I can do for you? Is that Lil yet and I said yep that’s it then they handed us our food then as we’re driving home and arrive home and realize that he gave us the wrong order he didn’t give us the correct so at this point I don’t feel comfortable calling the store and if there is a manager, they could please reach out to correct this situation. I greatly appreciate it again. My friend used to work there as well, so she felt really disrespected and upset and literally furious. Nice we were trying to be and how we really felt after we left.

This place use to be good. But they have hired a lot of new people it seems and their quality plummeted. The man working the drive thru is really blunt and not good with customer service. And now more often then not you will get really old tacos with rotten brown lettuce in it.

Ordered 2 chicken strip meals from DoorDash. For medical reasons couldn’t leave hotel room so we ordered. We traveled all day to go to Anshutz Medical. The worst chicken strips I’ve ever had. They were dry and old and looked like they were deep fried a second time. Oil was old! Do better Jack in the Box! I work in a kitchen and that food should have never gone out to a customer. It’s called “standards”

I would give this place a zero if I could! I received horrible, disgusting, old food that had been left on a heat warmer for what seemed like hours. It was not fresh. I could hardly eat it. I paid almost $30.00 for food I couldn’t eat! I got this food after work at 11:56 at night on 1/2/26. How can you treat your customers like this and not even care about the food you are giving them? My wife and I visited this location for the first time in months. For just we two, the tab was over $30. IMHO, far too expensive for fast food drive through fare. The food was okay, but not especially memorable. Adequate without being better than similar outlets around town.
For the price, we can do better.
Bear in mind, this is our opinion, your own milage may differ.
This experience was merely okay, neither great or outstanding.
It had been a long time since our last visit, and will be a long time until our next.
If premium prices for average is your style, knock yourself out and go over there.
But as I said, we are in no hurry to return.

Stopped in to grab a quick bite. I was craving something without a whole lot of carbs, so I ordered a chicken fajita pita and two tacos and figured I’d get an iced tea. There was a young man and two elder Latina ladies working. I got my cup and went to get some tea from the Coke vending machine, but I didn’t see any on the hmi screen. I kindly asked the young guy about it, and he replied in a snarky tone. “It says peach tea!” and walked away. I still didn’t see it, so I just got some pineapple water. While waiting for my food, the elder ladies kept mean mugging me as if I was there to steal something or was bothering them. When I got my food and went and sat down, I took my pita out, and it looked like someone had tore it or take a few bites out of it. Disappointed and hungry, I still ate it. Bread was hard on the ends. Tacos were crunchy and tasty. Unfortunately, the service and food were definitely not worth the $15 I spent.

The photos say more than anything that I possibly could. The overall cleanliness of this place is appalling I have no idea how it could be this bad and still have customers walk in the door I would not recommend this to my ex-spouse it’s that bad just stay away! Filthy floor, dirty windows inside and out, moldy ceiling tiles holy hell! Whoever owns this place genuinely does not give a damn.
