Ordered the sourdough sausage scrambler and was very disappointed!! There was about a tablespoon of egg on the sandwich, checked the other one and it was the same. Also ordered the double bonus jack and what a trip. It was the size of a child’s burger, 3 shreds of lettuce and couldn’t even see the special sauce. Will never eat at Jack In The Box again!!! I haven’t been to Jack’s Box(copyright) in about 2years. I was invited by a friend and Rafael, the Asst. Manager helped us. You can tell, he is very good with people.. .that’s what I like. Overall, the inside was clean and the cutomer service from Mr. Rafael was most excellent and the team in the background was busy keeping things moving and took good direction. Thank you…I’ll be back to this store and more often, because of that.

Ive had food here drive through many times in the past, whether late night or for lunch. I ate here today and restaurant want clean, service was friendly, food came out fast and the meal was cheap and I was satistied (#8 green chili bacon cheeseburger $5.40 with tax)

I had a really disappointing experience at this Jack in the Box. The staff was extremely rude—one of the workers didn’t even let me finish speaking while I was placing my order. On top of that, they forgot to include my jalapeño poppers in the bag. Now I either have to waste more of my time going back or try to get a refund. This kind of service is unacceptable. I won’t be coming back to this location.

Don’t ever get this bowl I don’t even know what it’s called but don’t get get it , look away. The chicken tasted chewy like it was microwaved and the rice tasted straight out the bag with no butter and was very tender .
