Less than a word, Ugh! Where to start? It had been some time since I had actually dined in at any fast food joint restaurant in a very long while, this visit would be the one, I said yes, big mistake.
First of all the fountain soda dispenser, (many different concoctions) is not what it seems. Although it offers a variety of mixtures and combinations, the one really want, is not available. After a few dead ends, you settle for what you can get from it. By the time we figured that out, our order was ready at the counter, great, NOT. Apparently they have never heard of trays at Jack in The Box, because they expect you to pile all your stuff on top of other stuff, like some kind of balancing act, and carefully and slowly, maneuver your way to the table. It’s either that or greased soaked, previously used basket, that even the cashier was not ashamed of, since he asked me, Oh would like another one? That’s when I opted for option #1.
Once we found a seat that we liked I decided to go wash my hands, this seemed to be yet another hiccup, apparently you have to ask at the front counter for the key to the bathroom, which is attached to a rim. j/k I believe if you have dining in customers, you might want to leave the bathroom door unlocked.
After that, it was time to sit down and enjoy my meal, however, that would not be the case, since half of my meal was missing. What I mean by that, is that they forgot the entire bottom bun of my hamburger, it was the craziest thing that’s ever happened. Again, (3rd/4th time) I had to approach the counter and complain of yet another thing. I guess they slapped a bottom bun and returned it to me, (which now I’m thinking, maybe that was the wrong thing to do) No apologies, no sorry, here you go pastry, nothing.
By the end of the meal, I was frustrated, mad, and had quite frankly lost my appetite. The cherry on top, I lost my favorite small ruby earring, (nothing to do with Jack in the Box) making this dine-in experience an epic fail, and with little to no chance of ever coming back.

Had a really bad experience on 10-01-2025 10 at night saw one of the cooks coughing at my food I was on a motorcycle my camera from my bike caught him doing it I have the video of what he did and the lead was laughing about it and also one of her coworkers hope I can get manager to contact me

Took them 30 minutes on a order of 4 croissants. Seriously saw 5 (I counted) orders taken after mine be dispensed. That and the 5 people working there were not only rude but also dismissive. Worst service I’ve ever experienced

The young lady at the front, taking orders has no courtesy, very rude. My receipt says Anette U. I tried telling her my issue but she just laughed. She never even tried to apologize. The manager helped me but unwillingly. I placed my order and saw how six orders were filled before mine. I placed the order at 3:46 and sat there until 4:10,
that is 25 minutes. When I picked up the bag it ripped and fell apart. It ripped because it did not hold two teriyaki bowls and two egg rolls. The bag was to small too flimsy. Everyone helped me at the restaurant, it made a mess. Still the employees did not see any of this happening in front of the register. I went to tell her and she basically told me it was my fault, she just laughed. The manager helped me but was not very happy with me. He replaced the teriyaki bowl and egg roll. I picked up the mess and left. Just a terrible experience. I am sure the restaurant has cameras. The manager needs to see the footage sept 8, 2025 3:45 to 4:10.

Do yourself a favor and never come never ever to the Jack-in-the-Box located at Fox plaza. This is probably the worst review I have ever given and I’m sad to do it, but it is what it is. We had a standard order, 4 burgers and fries. We were asked to pull in front of the building and wait. 15 minutes later….I got down went inside. there was only three people dinning and the drive through was dead. WORST SERVICE EVER! burgers were sub par. Diner beware.

Beware of this location, they charge you to use the restroom. I was told by Jessica, in order for me to get the key to the restroom I must be a customer, I proceed to buy a soda, they charge me 2.91 for a large cup. Is this even legal? Can someone take a look into this?

So far, the only restaurant that did right by me twice now. Above and beyond even. Every other restaurant is unresponsive to online feedback. It’s got the food, availability, and the customer service, so i can’t complain much.
