The worst Jack in the box I’ve been to. Asked for supreme croissant, and they tossed in a slice of cold ham. Breakfast platter for my daughter came with horrible scrambled eggs and hard like rock french toast sticks. No wonder it was dead in there. Will never go back to this place.

Charged us 30.00, but only received 15.00 worth a food. We ordered the chicken supreme double sandwich, but it only came with one patty. We ordered a south west salad with extra grilled chicken with avocado lime dressing, but received a basic salad with light chicken no dressing. None of the condiments were inside the bag as well. Too much joking around between management and employees. My executive president of my company was very disappointed and felt like they had their money too ken away. But at least the diner was clean. Due to knowing dining in.

I just stopped to get some mini churros and decided to come inside because he drive thru was to long. I ordered my food on the screen then went to restroom to wash my hands. The soap dispenser in the restroom nonexistent so I knocked on men’s restroom and looked in there for soap. It was the same. Non existent! Well not really non existent but gone non the less. So I came out to the dining room and asked for soap. The lady told me there was NO SOAP! I asked, well how do yall wash your hands? She points to a sink behind the counter! I really lean towards that not happening either!! I will not come back to this jack n the box and that’s too bad because it’s down the street from my house!!

I tried the new Mega munchie meal. With 2 large tacos, chicken nuggets, curly fries, and the monster mozzarella stick. They forgot my mozzetta stick but I went back thru the drive to order more curly fries and another mozzarella stick and to ask if I was supposed to get the mozzarella stick with my meal, the manager apologized for forgetting mine. Gave me a discount on my new order of curly fries and mozzarella stick. Oh and the meal comes with a glow in dark cup too, which he also forgot to give me. Thank goodness I wanted more curly fries.. all in all it all worked out and the manager was very appalagetic. I’m giving my trip there a 6.. but the food tasted very good and it was all hot. I’ll be going back in the future

Most of the time it’s a hit or miss with this place they either forget things in my order or they forget to put an ingredient or leave out sauce ect. This morning I went and ordered my whole family breakfast and as I opened up the bags I saw blacks specs of all my hash browns and what seems and tastes like re heated eggs they were rubbery the sausage and bread was good but everything else

Came to jack in the box since we no longer have one in Lubbock, went thru the drive through ordered what we wanted and when we get to the window to pay I was paying with a $100 bill the lady was so rude about it and had no empathy. That’s the only cash I had on me. I understand if it was a $5 order but our order was literally over $20. It’s the lack of empathy and ugly attitude! No need

Terrible service,!! I stood at that counter 17 minutes before I was even asked what I wanted. It took another 20 to 25 minutes for that to come out . If they cannot handle to walk up customs and drive through with the three people that they had it and they need to hire more people. The girl with the headphones that did the drive to was extremely nice and extremely you know polite when when she came and took my order but the two Spanish ladies that were you know dropping fries and making things every time I waved and they just turn their heads like I wasn’t even there. I mean it was absolutely ridiculous to have to stand there for over 40 minutes waiting on a kid’s Burger a fry and a small drink when I when I was the only one at the counter and this was after 10:00 at night. I highly recommend that they keep the young girl that was working the drive-thru that night and that they consider leaving more staff on duty after 10:00 pm
