Ordered with door dash, first problem. I hardly use it but I didn’t want to leave in the cold so I Ordered in. When the order was dropped off at my door, drinks spilt and half empty. Yes I know thats on door dash but here is the real issue. I called this location, to no availability of course they didn’t answer. Drove up here bc my WHOLE ORDER WAS WRONG!!! I pull in the parking lot, employee out by vehicle talking to a girl. Smoking vape, ok who cares do your thing if you were on a break but then when you come dragging back in and go to the kitchen to prepare food is when I knew you didn’t care. Didn’t bother to WASH HANDS, didn’t acknowledge your customers at the register. Another employee mopping the floor then realized he prop should stop and come see what we needed bc the others didn’t care to ask. Employee from outside still smoking vape in kitchen right before dropping a bag of fries. Again its a vape who cares, but the fact that he is just like whatever ill do it infront of whoever, whenever, is ridiculous…. after speaking to one of the guys and telling them about my issue they all had something to say behind the kitchen wall and then said they would remake my order. I give 2 stars for the kindness of the remake but thats about it. I thank them for that bc doordash has yet to help or fix the problem.

I got home to eat my food and there no straws or napkins which is slightly annoying but I can live with it but I ordered the the home style ranch chicken sandwich and it was missing half the stuff, no bacon, cheese, or tomatoes and I didn’t get the ranch for my mozzarella sticks. I understand that it was late and Christmas eve but this is just unacceptable. I had also just gotten off work and I didn’t let how much it sucked to work on Christmas eve affect my work. I will never be returning here.

Made a DoorDash order and NOTHING was correct. They forgot my salad, they said their drink fountain was out of order and only gave 1 orange juice, we don’t even like orange juice. I paid for 2 large drinks and only gave me 1 juice. I ordered spicy tenders and they were just the regular ones.

At midnight we were stuck at the drive through for around an hour while at the menu itself. We had terrible service by some stoned kid , anyways they wouldn’t give us our drinks that we paid extra for, and left an amazing 3 hairs in our food , just the fries alone, god knows what was in the burgers, first time in a year since last Christmas that we ate here, $20+ for a mistake that I’ll never forget even with dementia

Waited in the drive through for over 10mins. This Jack n the Box is absolutely horrible. Service here is none existent. The workers here have no concept of customer service. I decided to not even place my order considering I had to call out for someone to answer me. The quality of service here is a joke. Don’t even bother with this Jack N the Box if you’re trying to eat after 10pm.

When placing our order ( breakfast ) they said they were out of hash browns…at 6 am! We received two iced coffee when only asked for one and a sprite that we didn’t get . Food was good overall, they didn’t provide us with any forks to eat our fries with . Lady at the window didn’t speak very good English.

I ordered off of ubereats. I ordered 2 munchies meals and only got 1. Its 4:46 in the morning right now and my buddy has to drive me up for this. So he could get his food he cashapped me about. Now me and one other person have been sitting in line for 20 minutes

It has been 40 minutes now, and the situation is being resolved. I also realized MOST OF THE ORDER IS WRONG. What is wrong with overnight jack in the box staff? Odessa is garbage. Midland is garbage. Everywhere ive been for overnight staff is absolute garbage. It makes no sense to me.

The guy who helped me out, Ray, is an absolute gen of a worker. He fixed every problem that the Spanish speaking non English knowing workers messed up. (Im not racist. He told me) that man deserves a raise

Food was good, hot, and fresh. Service was absolutely bad. Went through the drive-thru and waited like 4-5 minutes before someone took my order. I was shorted $2 and was missing food. Went inside to get missing food. I was still missing food after going inside. Just gave up. It was about 1:15 AM, so it wasn’t crazy busy.
