Came to eat while traveling back home and took over 50 minutes to get our food which is weird considering it was an empty lobby. Workers just stared at customers coming in waiting for their orders to be taken without even saying nothing. Had one young guy that seen the customers and just walked past them like they weren’t there. When asked if our food was almost done he was upset about it and said “WE WORKING ON IT” considering we waited 50 minutes already. Young guy just went and hid in the back while customers were still waiting for their orders to be taken. I hope this place gets better trained workers here.

Do not come here. It’s dirty, employees do not care at all about service. Food is not great. They will give you old food like cold cold fries it’s bad. I sat for 15 min at the menu board ready to order and they made me wait trapped while they “got some orders out” can’t pull forward can’t reverse. Real nice. Then the food is bad? Came here on feb 2 at 11pm. Being not busy and hardly no customers. The food could came out fresh and hot but instead came out warm and sitting in the hot box. Never again will i stop by here. Do better at hiring those that wanna work thank u.

The order I got was wrong, also given no drink. Tried to tell the manager working and she just ignored and gave an ugly look. Than politely told one of the workers who finally attended me that my food was wrong. He took it back and gave me back the food minutes later, the burger was mushed up and the bacon was raw. I did come after midnight I will say but it’s no excuse for the service and food quality. If the service quality is determined by the hour there is no need to be 24/7. To top it all off the lobby was a mess with no condiments out. An all around terrible experience and a true 1 star deserving food spot.
Would recommend the owner to try out the spot themselves anytime after midnight.

Just ordered through the drive-trhough. Ordered a Build Your Own Ultimate Munchies with an Ultimate Cheeseburger, 4 tacos and a large drink and then an Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger and a medium fries. When I got to the pick up windows and paid for my order I found out they charged me for the T-Pain Munchie Meal, 2 tacos, and my bacon cheeseburger and fries. I tried to tell the person that my order was wrong but he had trouble understanding me as English is not his native language. I had to show him his own website and point to what I ordered. Then I asked him to make sure that my Ultimate Bacon cheeseburger was plain and dry. No mustard no ketchup no pickles. Just burger cheese and bacon. He said OK. Waited another 3 minutes at the pickup window then he told me to park in front to wait for my order.
15 minutes later he brought me 1 bag. I asked him where the other half of my order was. He said “Oh.” I checked the bag he gave me and it was incorrect. There was a Ultimate burger, curly fries and 2 tacos. I told him when he came back out that it should be burger and 4 tacos. He took the bag back inside as he handed my my 2nd burger. Which was completely wrong. I ordered it plain and dry. This had everything on it. So I followed him in explaining what plain and dry means. No mustard no mayo no ketchup no pickles. Just meat and cheese and bacon. He looked at me like he never heard about anyone ever ordering like this. He asked his cook to remake the burger.
I get home and hand my mother her Munchies order. Her burger is plain and dry with just a little bit of mustard and ketchup on the bun. The tacos were swimming in burnt grease. Half the taco shells were wet and darker brown than the top of the tacos. Completely inedible.
The sign on the door says they are Under New Management. But if you don’t speak Spanish I would highly recommend you avoid this restaurant at all costs.

Came in with a coworker and he was order 66 and I was order 67 and they served my coworker immediately. Then I waited 30 min on my order to be wrong and the burger was tiny. Asked the manager how long we were going to wait and he asked me my number and looked at his screen and chuckled a bit.

If I could give this zero I WOULD. Door dashed at 829 pm. TWO DASHERS CAME AND LEFT. THEY WERE BLEW OFF BY WORKERS WHO CLAIMED FOOD WASNT READY. Order wasn’t ready until 912 when a third dasher went inside!!!!! The food was delivered 8 MILES down the road and cold as ever. Tried to call with no answer!!! I’d love to speak with a REAL OWNER ABOUT THIS. What a waste. Fast food???? Where??? Awful service. Shameful to serve cold crusty food.
