The fella in the drive thru was pretty cool and they were very fast with my food. The only thing that breaks my heart is that I didn’t get a little Jack fella with the box I got, but that’s okay. As long as people are getting little fellas and they’re happy, then the world is happier

Your experience will depend on who is working here. This isn’t the most flattering Jack in the Box in appearance. You will find the drive thru can be slow.
I have revisited this restaurant for about 5 years. It is very so-so. But once in a blue moon, you get a really good attendant at the Drive Thru, every now and again they get your order just right.
This isn’t some special Jack in the Box. I just had some good moments and some bad moments here. Your experience simply depends who is working here at any given time.

Service was a bit slow but the guy in front of me also ordered like 5 bags of food so I shouldn’t complain. It is a Jack in the box and my milkshake was good.

I love Jack in the Box. It was Jack in the Box who gave my first job. It was a great place to work when I was in high school in Southern California.
I’m much older now, but I’m a loyal Jack in the Box customer. I went to this particular Jack in Box, as I always do from time to time.
I work very early hours and wanted a simple breakfast jack. The cashier put on the drive thru screen two breakfast crossiants. That wasn’t what I ordered but I was in a hurry to get to work.
I dont come to work late. Never. I pride myself on that. The job I have is very strict when it comes to attendance. I ordered my food a little after 2AM.
I cam early because I know Sunday mornings our the worst. I sat in the drive line for over 15 mins. I only had one car in front of me. There approximately 4 additional cars behind me.
I get to the cashier and gave her 6 bucks. My order was $5.41. My order is sitting at the window and the female goes to the register to give me my change.
This is supposed to be a quick transition. The girl stood there talking to this other male attempting to fix a defective headset.
Finally, I explained to the cashier I needed to get to work and needed my food, which I had already paid for.
Again, the female cashier continued to talk to male employee. It was clearly no consideration of my time. No proper customer service. Just teenagers with no direction.
In my opinion, the female cashier was off her game. I wont say what I truly believe because I dont want to be disrespectful.
The cashier finally gave me my food and I left. I won’t be going back to that particular Jack again. The customer service was horrible.
Its sad Jack has employees not representing the business in a professional way. I guess you get what you pay for.

This Jack in the box has always been a bit on the slow side and service was always mediocre at best, but it’s just gotten to the point that it’s so poor I cannot return. They often do not greet or attend the counter, and in my case I waited 5 minutes at the counter while several people stood around behind it just chatting doing nothing. One worker brought some pickup food to the counter, and then serviced an individual who apparently had an issue from the drive through that walked in after I had, continued to ignore me and the manager of the bunch finally noticed someone was at the counter waiting and asked me if I wanted to place an order to which I exclaimed yeah, for a while now, and when she went to take they were out of the thing I had wanted. (Spicy Chicken Sandwich) At that point I left without another word, just don’t waste your time with this location. Their Soda Fountain also has a funky taste to it so the only thing safe to drink is the tea.

I hope this is the Anderson Milk and Burnet Road location. Aida is very sweet and courteous. She is the first person who actually allowed me to order without interrupting and made sure to repeat the order. You don’t get customer service like the way she provided anywhere anymore. She definitely is manager material. Hold on to her tight.

I don’t have a Jack-in-the-box where I live, so I didn’t know what to expect. Maybe the problems I mention in my review are specific to this location, but I expected it to at least be better than Burger King. I really need to order one of their Burgers for a proper comparison, but I just ordered a chicken wrap and fries.
Notes on the Ambience: The noise from the kitchen is so loud that the employee had a hard time understanding what I was ordering. The air conditioner must be broken because even with the ceiling fans on, it was uncomfortably warm (by the way, one of the fans was wobbly and making a loud clicking noise that could be heard over the grinding motor noise from the kitchen).
Notes on the Food: The food was good–not great. My spicy chicken wrap was not to dry because of the nice cheese sauce. Though the bread was a little tough, the other ingredients seemed fresh. I liked the way that the chicken was flavored. My small French fries tasted good, if almost a little too salty. I do not, however, think the small fries were worth the $3.69.
I don’t think I will dine in again, especially at this location. I might drive through if I had extra cash and was willing to over spend just for the sake of trying their hamburger.

Great visit. Fast service. Friendly staff. Amazing Food. And it looked so pretty. Loved the convenient wrap around the burger to help me keep my burger together while I was a pig eating it and driving.

Update: Taco sauce packets covered in something, but didnt use cause they left out my tacos. Fries were cold and probably old sitting there. I asked for a Dr Pepper and they gave me what tasted like a coke cherry and lime. Guess i wont go back around midnight.
