I was not greeted when I walked in. I was not served immediately. Another couple came in behind me and they were served immediately. The food was not being prepared by the time I came in as well. I was then asked to confirm my order and I feel that I should’ve been greeted first. It took about 10 minutes for the order to be ready. After they realized that they had not begin to prepare it. It appears that the manager was having a time with her employees and having to get onto them about their performance.

One thing this location is NEVER going to do is forget your condiments! Ordered multiple times for pick up and they never fail to add my condiments which is a pretty big deal on making or breaking your lunch. Really much appreciated.

THEY SERVICE IS SO BAD, the guy was talking so low and with an attitude when I was ordering, ask him a question and was not being especially.. like who does that. Then he spilled the drink when he gave it to my dad took his time cleaning it, took forever to give us our food. He didn’t offer sauces he just closed the window so fast

So disappointed this place was too expensive. The food was the drinks. They’re not three dollars for the drinks they were not giving did you couldn’t even go to the bathroom they were throwing the Wassau it was alone and the cashiers were not giving it. They were sassy and three dollars a cup is not it it was not it.

We sat in the silent drive thru only to be told that they aren’t filling mobile orders even after we paid for our food. There we still 2 cars ahead of us that also weren’t getting service that we had to wait to pull thru. We finally managed to get parked and they have locked the doors. They refuse to give anyone food or money. Appalling.

I had a frustrating experience during my recent visit. There were already 8 cars parked and waiting in the front lot, and every car going through the drive-thru was being told to park and wait for their order—including me. It seems like there was an excessive focus on drive-thru time metrics, which only led to longer actual wait times for customers.
I personally had to wait an additional 20 minutes for my food, while two cars that were behind me in line received their orders before I did, and my drink was made incorrectly. Over the course of my wait, I counted at least 5 more cars who were also told to park and wait. This system doesn’t seem efficient or fair, and it definitely impacted my overall experience.

Having bad luck with jack, second location I went thru drive thru and was told to park in the front and wait I got it at 5:20 took them 10 minutes just too take my order and close to 15minutes to hand it to me. I ordered 2 combos, tacos and bacon cheddar wedges. Why even call yourself a fast food restaurant, why call it drive thru when I still have to get out to make sure I get my condiments. About a week ago I had ordered a breakfast meal and I didn’t check it and just left when I was about to eat at work I found a piece of egg shell in my egg and I didn’t want to complain so I left like that. A couple of days ago I had ordered chicken nuggets for my kid and I left again and went home on the way home my kid told me there was a bone in the chicken and indeed there was one. I’m here to complain about the food and also the place wasn’t clean. Toilet paper on the ground in the bathroom and seats had pee and the lobby was messy

I have never been treated as poorly as I was today at Jack in the box. When I walked in, I was completely ignored—no greeting, no acknowledgment, nothing. When I finally got someone’s attention to place an order, I was yelled at instead of being helped.
As someone who believes in treating others with kindness and respect, this experience was deeply disappointing. No customer should ever be made to feel this way. I hope management takes this seriously and makes changes to ensure better service in the future.
