If I had the choice to not give it any stars I wouldn’t.. extremely rude employees got my orders wrong. It’s 9 min to get to this establishment to get our food wrongly done. We asked for the bacon combos plain and dry specifically said add meat cheese bacon that’s it so they could still get it wrong. Went back them still the employee comments we were wrong and the order was complicated. Sad to say as an understanding customer we were still being doubted. Don’t ever go back to this establishment.. very disappointed customer just trying to have dinner with her kid

Every time my husband and I come here in the evening the employee say welcome to Jack in the Box then says please wait…then we are waiting for a long time…then we are like hello? Then she says just one moment? Then I’m like there’s no one here but one car ahead of us….. ♀️

We ordered a large Double Jack combo with curly fries, two tacos and a sourdough Jack combo with curly. First red flag was when we received our bag of food the bag was torn and wrinkled up as if it was dropped. When we got home the fries were old and stale as if they were sitting out for a long time. The fries looked like the they were the left over crumbs at the bottom of the warmer. The tacos were soggy and did not have any crispness to them. Both burgers had a funny taste to them like as if the patties have been around some kind of bad oil or just been left on the grill for a while. I hope we don’t get sick.

I came into the drive thru today cause I love me some jack in the box but goodness the person who took down my order was extremely rude and condescending. Snarky remarks about how I could have just order A to get to B and how I should have “payed attention” when I asked POLITELY for some taco sauce ketchup and buttermilk ranch. Apperantly they were already in the bag (they were not). I must say it pains me but I will NEVER eat at this jack in the box ever again.

Do you know the difference between someone ordering a supreme croissant and an extreme sausage? Evidently not. Opened bag at home and both are the wrong sandwich. Don’t eat sausage and no receipt and you don’t answer the phone. Thanks.
