This was my first time at a Jack in the Box, and I am severely disappointed. I stood at the counter, ready to order for 3 minutes and I only got noticed because I cleared my throat. The only drink machine had almost no drink options and no ice. The 2 employees here seem nice, but neither of them understood English, and I don’t speak Spanish, so it was a little difficult asking what came on the #10 I wanted to order. There doesn’t seem to be a manager present, as it’s just these 2 running the kitchen and counter. When I paid for my food, I expected to pay what was listed on the board behind the counter; $12.99 plus tax. For some reason, though, it came out to $13.68 plus tax, making the total $14.81.
To be clear, I don’t mind the 2 employees that don’t understand English. I do mind that someone who does speak English isn’t present, like a manager, so that there is no confusion for customers who order. I also mind that the order board is displaying the wrong prices, and the drink machine has no ice and almost no drinks!
If this is what I can expect from a Jack in the Box, I’m probably never eating at one again.

The taco have to have lettuce but I only got 2 pieces and as well with the sweet tea it tastes like there was hardly any sugar in it. We showed up to fix our order and we asked for the manager and they said there was no manager there and that they didn’t have a manager in charge that day even though we spoke to a person that said that was in charge but she wasn’t a manager but the manager was not there

Spent over an 1hour in the drive through. Would’ve left but unable to because we had cars in front and behind us. Once getting to speaker it took 5 minutes for us to be able to place our order. Then we find out they’re out of Tacos after already waiting 30 minutes to order. We finally order and spend another 30 or so minutes waiting to get to window to pay and receive food. We found out that they only had 2 people working at the time. Once we received our food and got home to eat it. The Jumbo jacks we ordered were jr burgers and the fries were cold and tasted old. The burger was burnt and hard. I would stay far away from this Jack In the box. I will never again be going to this Jack In the box again.

They messed up on my order twice within 2 days of each other. First time i called phone just rang n rang. 2nd time i went i told manager n she said to bring in receipt n for first order. Havent done it yet. I ordered same thing again 2 grilled chicken salads. I told them i would give my chicken to my boyfriend. Got home n no chicken on either salad. I called to complain n manager said the girl heard me say i didnt want the chicken. I told her i did not say that n that i paid for chicken n they owed me. She said to bring in the receipt n i said what receipt, all she gave me was my card back. Manager said, well then she couldnt do anything for me. I told her a good manager would fix it right n then she hung up on me.

The food was excellent. We just here for a quick stop, haven’t had their tacos for a long time. It was clean and the food service was quick, we got our order in minutes. The service was the main problem. It’s not welcoming, no smile, no greeting, no closing remark. It’s like the cashier hated her job. Coming from a long drive, it’s nice to hear the Texan hospitality but it was missing. Maybe she just had a bad day, took forever to take my order although I was the only one in line, not even acknowledged. They were just staring on me with unpleasant eyes. They were focused in conversing each other. Customer service has to be improved so people like me will keep coming. Hoping on my next visit to their store, I will find their Texan hospitality.

To the drive thru employee that went out of thier way to make sure we got our tacos even though we had to drive down the road to a second JITB, THANK YOU for making sure we got what we wanted while traveling! And u where right it was only a minute away, ur directions were also clear. U made us so happy we even got some to bring home!

Undoubtedly the worst Jack in the Box food I’ve ever had. The onion rings were not even edible. The were burnt, stuck together in a pile and sitting in grease. If you want edible food, DO NOT go to this Jack in the Box.

Does that look like a large to you.. if I pay 5.00 bucks for a large curly fries. I want my 5 bucks in fries.. literally filled all the way to the top. If jack in the box tells you not to fill it or the owner..that isn’t my business. I want my fries to the top… thanks for the large order of fries that equalled to a small/medium. Can I have the price corrected? Since technically I didn’t get what I paid for.

Their app charged me 8 times for 2 burgers . I showed them on my phone, they confirmed it was their store number but said the order nevercame through to them. The order didnt show up on the app, only on my bank account 8 times . They gave me 2 burgers, I told them I paid for 8, give me eight. Nope. The manager wouldnt talk to me, she had the drive through girl talk to me at the drive through, then in the restaurant. I would think a customer being charged 8 times is a management issue. Useless manager
