The food was horrible.Place WAS NOT BUSY AT ALL! NOW I KNOW WHY! I got halfway to the burger when I felt sick, I was on my lunch hours, so I took a few bites from food while driving back. I noticed fries where 1st real little amount I got a large combo, 2nd they were cold, hard and didn’t feel fresh. We all know how fries from under a lamp for a while are. Those were my fries. Oh, and before this, I had to go back to ask for my drink since they were so busy inside that I forgot to take it to me with my food. By the time I noticed I had driven off!! I live 5 min away from this place , I get home open my food, and this is what I see. To me, it is not even with going back to complain. The demeanor I saw in the few employees standing near windows said it all. They have poor management , and the manager is definitely not leading by example!! Will never go back to this place at Raul Longoria and Expressway.

Ordered 2 Jack’s meal deal for 4 online. They handed me one bag with what 1 meal deal contains. Took us over 20 minutes to explain that we ordered 2 meal deals. Maybe train staff on the menu. Ridiculous half cold food by the time we got home. This restaurant needs retraining, better management, something.

Busy place but short on help? Had to wait about 3-4 minutes to place my order. Not very friendly, maybe due to having to multi task? My sourdough burger was very flat & bacon cheapest that could be bought ( not worth eating!). My husband’s Jr. Jumbo burger was nothing jumbo, bun not toasted as requested. Barely a pickle nor onions on it. Just one tomatoe slice along with lettuce, which was “ok”. Food is never as pictured! That will need to be demanded at the time of purchase in the future, or don’t pay!? This is happening all too frequently at fast foods these days, dine in or carry out! Sad business & $ rip off!

Placed my order it was out like in 2 min. Too fast for fresh. Went home the burger was cold , fries were not fresh. I ordered 2 for $5 biscuits egg was over cooked and they squash your sandwiches. Don’t know what’s up never had that happen there.

Takes around 20 min to get your food at night. Had a lady honking at me while I was at the drive thru window waiting for my order. Shows how long it took. It really was ridiculous they need better management to take over and lead the team. I did ask who was the manager that night and the cashier girl told me no one was in that day that she was in charge. Seems like they need help at this jack in the box.
Haven’t been to Jack in the box in about a year or so. Coming back and having to go through this experience reminded me why I stopped going

How is it that we get coupons through our mail from these places, and when we go and want to use them “ they unfortunately aren’t taking coupons” like what? do you just not want to do your job. We went at 10:55pm on a Thursday 08/28/25 and the lady working would not help us.

I tried the new Pineapple Express Shake. It is pretty good! I was looking for a Piña Colada vibe during this hot day and this milkshake hit the spot. I didn’t feel the taste was overwhelming. I recommend you try it!

I went to counter and the supposed assistant manager, a male with glasses was rude but the other employees were staring with such frustration that I was even there. Not only were they missing name tags but they refused to give me my receipt so here I am making a review on this. I asked for a burger with lettuce and pickles but they instead added tomato. Horrible service made me feel VERY unwelcome
