When I got there the place smelled like sewage. One of the workers had her kids in the store running in and out the kitchen. I ordered a munchy box and the tacos were cold and the coke machine smelled bad. Not to mention I got food poisoning

I wish there was an option to give 0 stars. We really struggled here waited 45 minutes for our order that was clearly placed at the kiosk, and when we asked about it, the staff rudely denied it existed. We were already running out of time, yet they made us stand there for another 20 minutes while the guy casually stayed inside the kitchen, showing zero care or urgency. Horrible experience and completely unprofessional service.

2. Drove around to front of store to wait for hashbrown, when it came they forgot the coke.

June 14, 2025 It’s my first time coming to this Jack in the Box. My family and I are coming from Laredo and this was our first stop after being in the car for 5 hrs. First thing I do is go to the women’s restroom and see literal puke or shit on the floor everywhere, I’m not even sure what it was because I got out of there quickly. I had enough time to smell it though and smelling whatever that was on the floor just pissed me off I couldn’t even eat the tacos because obviously my appetite was gone. Idk if it’s my fault for having bad timing but I wouldn’t wish that on anyone, I think I literally saw someone’s shit. Wish there was a warning, I’m really trying not to be mad it could’ve been just bad luck happening to me but it left me mad for at least 2 hours. The food was okay.

It’s always a problem at this location. You order 2 tacos you get 4. You order 4 tacos you get six do you guys not know how to count? At that point it’s a waste of inventory. I normally wouldn’t complain about getting extra food but the food is always wrong anyway so i definitely don’t want extra. Don’t comment and send me some annoying link saying “we would like to know more about your experience” you have a ton of negative reviews on here so you should just fix the issue. Sometimes you just want some fast food on your lunch break and we don’t have a lot of options here in port Isabel and i normally love jack in the box but lately it’s becoming a problem. I ask for no taco sauce on my tacos and every single time you guys don’t listen and put it on anyway. That takes up more time for y’all and my time and it’s a waste of food because once it’s handed to me you guys can’t resale it. Please fix this problem.

Never again almost a whole hour for an online order! Only one guy was actual working and moving the guy at register and bagging orders ! The cooks were moving like turtles and could hear their whole conversation and looked dirty! Last time going there!

This was my first time visiting Jack in the Box. My friend hyped it up as a great place for fried tacos. I chose chicken nuggets. I’m not sure if they deep-fried them or what, but they weren’t very good. I personally felt like they were too hard.
