The food was disgusting! I ordered at 10:59pm and got home 11:10 pm and the food was already super cold. One of the tacos was covered in sauce as in someone returned it and they just gave it to me. I tried calling the store but no one answered, terrible experience overall!

Is there some kind of shortage for cheese and lettuce? I love Jack, never had any complaints but I have noticed these past 3 times I’ve asked for LOADED tiny tacos, i’ve been given tacos with a pinch of lettuce and a tablespoon of cheese :/ I can BARELY see the cheese n lettuce :(( i love you jack plz go back to giving genuine LOADED tiny tacos.

I ordered 2 meals separate orders so I can pay for one with cash and one with card, and the worker could not hear me and repeated the orders to me which was wrong so I corrected them and they started giving me attitude and when I reached the window, once again they gave me attitude and there was a hair in my drink

This Jack in the box is the one that’s closest to me and one of the good things about Jack in the box is its price. Other than that, in this location… it always seems in a hurry or in a rush. Maybe due to the popularity but other than that. Since they are in a hurry they always somehow mistake the order. But other than that amazing food never had a complaint about it 10/10. Sometimes the employees there look like they’re done but lowkey I understand.

You order something and they don’t give you the correct meal, management won’t listen to customers, they will tell you they are on the right and will show you a foggy surveillance video backing themselves up, management will threatened you on calling the cops because they think you are screaming at them. I felt threatened, Not recommended, I didn’t felt welcome as a customer.
