Came in to try the teriaki bowl was ok not the best but was good. Pretty good portion and very served very hot excellent how i like my food hot not cold. Thx jack n box. I like the egg rolls those are pretty big size and good taste. Will order more. Just wish you all carried hot oil sauce like in Chinese restaurants maybe consider ordering pks. Just a thought. And maybe some soy sauce. Be great.
Well, I came to drive thru and was pretty excited they brought the biscuits back, but to my dissapointed, it was not what they used to be. The inside egg and sausage were super thin and dried. The meat is smaller, and the egg is just as bad. The biscuits had no flavor they just weren’t whet they used to be. I should have ordered a combo instead, yet it was 2 for $5.00, but it was the principle to taste good and was a flop for me. I won’t order it again unless I have no clue what went wrong. The biscuits just were sad. In the past, I posted why you took them off. Well, they were better then than now that you brought them back for a limited time. So sad.
Well, I tried their chicken strips, and may I say they are so good well done and freshly hot to go. I’m pretty impressed with them. They are big pieces, and you will get full. They are not over battered, so they have a good taste and it’s nice taste.
Well, this time, i go to drive thru, and yeah, they failed me. It’s a cold burger im like, not even 5 minutes away, and i was upset. I called mgr and said, “i dont understand why it would be because they are doing them as they go.” I said idk, but it is cold and not appetizing.” It seems the morning crew is more on Par than noon shift. Idk what happened, but it was a mess. Said i could go by, and they will remake the order. So idk it just shouldn’t happen. But it did. My lunch was cold, and fries were cold and stiff. Just like the burger bun.
This drive thru never really fails me, pretty impressed with my freshly hot meal thank you staff. Always made to order.
The only complaint I have about the Jack N Box. Why did you take the biscuits off the menu they were very good. So that’s the bummer. OF breakfast. That’s from Main Branch all Jack n Boxes.

Food was good, service was friendly and fast. They are doing some work inside the building but its sectioned off. Only complaint is they never asked what sauces you want with your nuggets. They just put down ranch and then roll their eyes when you go to trade it for what you want.

Everything was so fresh and good. The bacon double smashed jack was very juicy it had a lot of flavor. It was a little too thick to be called a smashed burger. But other than that it was very good. The curly fries were so fresh and crispy. The tacos were amazing.

Went to order a breakfast combo but wanted to drink soft drink instead of coffee, cashier said if you want a soft drink you need to pay for it because combo comes with coffee only! Since when? I’ve always ordered combos and been given a small soft drink instead of coffee!!!!

Sadly, I feel compelled to share my experience at this particular restaurant. Upon entering, I noticed a man asking for help in paying for his food. He informed me he had available currency on his CashApp application, however could not use that method to pay for his order at the Jack in the Box. As a Christian family, we proceeded to help him even if it meant him taking advantage of us for the sake of doing our part in brotherly love. After paying for his food, he promptly sent to my CashApp the amount I had paid for his order. After a few minutes, I began to notice the manager was rude and condescending to his employees and was fairly bothered by the man I had purchased food for. Once my family and I were done eating and stood up, one of the poor frycooks, who was obviously sent by the rude manager, approached me and asked me not to buy food for that man ever again because he “does this all the time.” I informed her that he paid me for his order, I did not buy food for him, and also it is my duty as a child of God to take care of others. It is clear they just do not want to do business with that man that was asking for help. Unfortunately, they won’t be doing business with myself or my family of 5 either.

Horrible service. Night crew on 8/31/2025. There was no clients it was completely dead. Crew was annoyed and seemed upset for having an order to prepare. There was zero customers in dry through and they asked us to wait at the front. They basically through order at us then when asked for condiments told us to go around and order again. Food was burnt, dry.
