I stopped here late at night because my little boy was hungry. I normally don’t eat food or buy from Jack-in-the-Box But since it was the only thing open, I stopped here. Everything was fine until I got home and opened the food up. To start off, the chicken nuggets are dark as hell! EVER HEARD OF CHANGING YOUR OIL???? The inner-breading has a gray or dark tone to it. Don’t even get me started on the fries. I had asked for regular fries. They gave me curly fries, which would’ve been fine but they looked like a bunch of crunchy leftover crumbs that are left at the bottom of a batch. I felt bad giving this to my kid. Don’t buy food here. It’s disgusting and a waste of money. Any health regulations in place??? Management needs to do better. Shxxtty quality low-vibrational food.

Had in mail coupons. Got 2 meals and drinks for less than $15. Without coupons drinks are pricey. Free refills on sodas with a touch screen dispenser including added flavors, and is in the dining area for convenience. Very friendly service, and our order was brought to table. However the men’s restroom stall has a loose door lock. Enjoyed our visit. Went here at my son’s request. They also have a drive thru. Open inside until 1 am.

Worst place to go to go in McAllen always take forever !!!!!!! The order is never right and the people don’t even speak English !!!!! 3 times I told them no onions !!!! And then they give me grilled onions with he melted cheese!!!!! I basically scrapped off all my cheese and had onions residue taste in my burger!!!! 8-17-21 when I ordered a new tripple meat, tripple cheese BBQ bacon cheese burger i got 2 meat paddies. This wasn’t the only problem.
They offered the burger that came with onion rings. They stated they don’t have onions available. I kept asking for e minutes would it be discounted if they didn’t have the onions available. Finally after 3 minutes they said onion rings are available.
Terrible service. Didnt asd the right amount of meats, couldn’t answer questions. After pay they want people to move forward so they can get a good timer on their machine that I will voucher for, is incorrect. They want people moving off the line to fake their progress.

Ok. The dining room open sign is what made me stop there. The food was good and consistent as any other JitB, the service not so much, it has a sign that they open at 6:00 am but the front door wasn’t unlocked until 8:15 am.
