We normally go here and have had good experiences but we ordered to go #4 burgers and a small & medium fry and we got both fries small and our bacon ultimate burgers had no bacon. Tried calling twice to let them know and see if we could get a replacement or something but they didn’t answer their phone both times. Disappointed because it costs extra for the bacon and fry size. Maybe they will see this review since they can’t answer the phone. The girl at the register was very nice though when we went in. Just disappointed in the order being wrong.

Went last night through the drive through I ordered 5 orders of tacos, not a single one had cheese! I was so disappointed, I grew up with jack so I was genuinely sad it wasn’t hitting like it used too. The chicken bacon ranch, I’m not even sure they put bacon on it. After the first bite I didn’t want anymore. I tried calling right now twice and no one answered.

The floor was noticeably sticky through the whole dining area, the soda machine was out of order in the dining area and the machine was out of many flavors in the back (out of coke, Dr Pepper, and others), and it took 20 minutes to receive egg rolls and onion rings (the only items we ordered other than drinks). The dining area had very few patrons to top it off. It was not a good experience.

The food is what you would expect from a fast food establishment. Nothing too great, but I do like the variety. Their prices are a little higher compared to other fast food places, though. Unfortunately, they forgot an order of fries and an order of (3) egg rolls during this visit. Additionally, the chicken fajita pita was practically empty. I tried to call the restaurant regarding the missing food, but my calls went unanswered. I did reach out to their 1-800 number, but no one called me back from there either. (I opted for a call back during the survey.)

Went through the drive through for an order of tacos at 2:35 pm (pretty basic menu item) probably the most popular item, only to be told there is no lettuce, no taco sauce, tried to add a curly fry, no curly fry. So I cancelled the order and went to taco bell instead. To the owner of this establishment, you should really hire more reliable staff, I’m sure it’s costing you money to lose out on business so frequently.

Ordered two munchie meals. Did not get the added jalapeños in the tacos. Did not get the cups for the Halloween munchie box. They gave my order to the car in front of me so I had to wait an additional twenty minutes. AND no sauces/napkins. Gotta say y’all don’t know how to do things.

They took my order and basically did the exact opposite of it in almost every way possible. Not to mention the food just wasn’t good to begin with. Weeks prior I’d ordered the chicken teriyaki bowl and there was almost no chicken in it! So done with this place as their food quality has gone downhill for years and now they can’t even give you a reasonable portion or get your simple order right.

Ordered a meal and a wrap on the side crispy with no pickles but extra ranch plus tomato.
First time I got home ready to enjoy and no tomato, pickles and grilled! Ok enjoyed the meal thankfully I still had that option then I went back turn it and asked for a fix. After they “changed it” got home open it and it was full of pickles, no ranch and just ketchup!! I don’t want to bother anyone I just want have a Sunday meal without having to cook and this is what I get? Who knows who else is also getting this treatment I won’t go for a third time. I lost my money and enough time going there twice and writing this that I shouldn’t even had to. Never again

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Went in waited 5 minutes at least to be helped. Once order was placed at 4:30pm we waited until after 5pm to ask about our order. A family got their order before we got ours. Asked for a refund and the gentleman told us he didnt know how to do that so someone else had to come to give us the refund. She stated I know I made this order I dont know what happened to it. Husband stated so you made my order and gave someone else our food at the time we placed it there was nobody else here. We ended up traveling to another location where we actually got our food.

The drive thru during lunch is top tier. The lady working during the week is kind and friendly. There were two women last week and they are super fast and our order was correct. Thank you both.
