Now let me say here, THIS MUNCHIE MEAL IS THE BOMB . COM, now the curly fries could’ve been a little more but hey the tacos had the cheese and lots of meat with the salad on top, DELISH, and OH MY GOD, Don’t get me started on the double jack, IT LOOKED JUST LIKE THE PHOTO, Appearance was appealing and appetizing, that burger was so fresh and juicy! And my drink was just right on the ice to soda portion, like wow, for a DoorDash order, I am just amazed at how much love and effort was made into my meal and is now in my stomach Haha! Thank yall for my Build Your Own Munchie Meal, I couldn’t describe it any better than this, would definitely order from this place again! AWSOME STAFF TONIGHT, YALL HAVE A BLESSED NIGHT!

I am having the best frozen coffee ever. The Mocha Mayhem I believe is what Nova called it. It’s actually her creation. She was so sweet and kind, actually made my crappy morning,, absolutely wonderful. I’m already thinking about going back to get another one in a minute. I would put this frozen coffee up against that other coffee place’s any day of the week. Twice a day even . Stop by this Jack in the Box and see Nova and ask for her frozen coffee. She has Chocolate, Caramel, Chocolate and Carmel mixed. These are phenomenal. Keep coming up with great ideas like this,, Nova. On my way back right now so I can try the Caramel. Jack in the Box should be so proud to have an employee such as yourself. Great job Nova(1970)!!!

My husband went to the store and ordered a classic tiny tacos and the lady charged him for 2 orders of tacos instead. he also asked for no onion and sauce and the lady still gave him a burger with everything on it at this point if u don’t understand Spanish u could’ve just told him that instead of getting his whole order wrong he would’ve understood. John the manager was awesome! He took our order/made it/& delivered it all in a timely manner! He was SO polite the whole time and very patient. He read our minds and made sure there was napkins and condiments in there before we even asked! Best drive thru service I’ve EVER received from a jack in the box and ANY fast food place! Will DEFINITELY go back again!

Stopped by last night and was pleasantly surprised with the good food that was prepared fresh for me. The kid at the window was so polite and made sure he remembered all my sauce requests.
The loaded mini tacos were crispy and not soggy. I like the new open box container instead of the cup like one they’ve had in the past. I also got the eggrolls very hot and crispy as well.
I haven’t gotten the burgers in a while so I don’t know. I’ll be back.

I would like to thank Mr. John Garza for making our visit a great experience. This gentleman should coach & share the great skills he carries! We were offered what was currently on promotion & he even mentioned what the next promotion was going to be. That was very encouraging. He assured our order was accurate & complete. This is our new location!

We also inquired about the jack balls for the car antenna in which he said they’d have some around Christmas time.
I miss seeing those on cars, they made lots of different unique ones. It was always exciting to see which one we would get next when I was growing up. Hopefully they bring them back soon! It’ll definitely spark a new light for Jack in the box staying in the race for who’s who of fast food chains.
John did offer a baby Yoda air freshener though in replacement for not having any of the jack balls. I thought that was SUPERB!! It’s hanging in my car right now!!

For starts my husband & I ordered the 2 for $5 croissants and they only only gave us 2 not 4 . They didn’t give us the French toast sticks we asked for . We also got the two tacos thank goodness that one was good. Describe what they forgot they were very professional about that and I appreciate that because other restaurants can be disgustingly rude. They should remember to ALWAYS double check the customer food orde before they send it out. I’m only saying this because I have 10 years experience working in the food food Service.

We went through the drive-thru tonight and ordered 4 orders of the tacos, a med curly fry, and 2 large drinks.
We got home. The fries are cold and looks like we got served the bottom of the bag, nothing but small pieces. We only received 4 single tacos, not 8. I asked for light ice on my drink and it’s full of ice.
This place just keeps getting worse and worse. I don’t even know why we still keep coming here, thinking things are gonna change. So disappointing.
The guy in the drive-thru was friendly and worked fast to get us our order. Unfortunately, items were missed and this whole meal is below sub par.
