Love being stuck in a drive thru for 15+ minutes? Love having no ability to leave as you wait for food that might never come? Then this is the Jack in the Box for you! I left after waiting for what felt like at least 15-20 minutes with zero indication as to why the delay lasted as long as it did. I refused the order and drove off and saw there was only one customer eating in the entire building. The truck in front of me also waiting forever rejected their order too. Do yourself a favor, avoid this place. In a city with numerous fast food options, there is no reason for this level of apathy towards customers.

Seems like this place has gone down hill, the drive thru menu is a disaster and the quality of why food they do have in stock is bad quality. I’ve gone 2x now in a 2 week period where half the menu was not available due to not haveing it. Seemed like everything I asked for they didn’t have until they just gave up and was okay making something for me.

The woman working was talking Jerry springer type stuff with a regular customer who was obviously higher than a kite. Dude in the kitchen was talking about how rude it was to use their promotions for multiple orders in the same vehicle. Bro, if me and my friends are paying our own way, why is it rude? The rude thing was the comments on the way out about ripping off jack-in-the-box by using their promos. Their bathroom was nasty and out of everything, and it took their whole staff to locate the keys… Luckily I have kids and have wipes in my bag. I wouldn’t recommend this location to my worst enemy.

Arrived after the lunch rush. Went through the drive thru. The corners of the drive thru are very tight. If you have a large vehicle, you will be curbing it trying to get around the building. The menu board was clear and the speaker worked well. The person at the window was very friendly and helpful. The food came out fast. the burger was fresh and the fries seemed like they might have been dropped in the fryer for a quick reheat. The burger size was decent. Overall, a relatively decent fast food experience.
