I went through the drive thru and ordered the new all American ribeye steakhouse burger with an order of fries and a rootbeer. Once I received my order without checking my bag I drove off and reached for a fry and it was cold and stale. Before leaving the parking lot I drive back around to the drive thru to let them I had just left with my order. Pulled up to the window and spoke with the manager who was working the window and showed him my fries. He was very polite and made me a new order of fries.

I don’t know why I continue to give this place the benefit of the doubt….they mess up your orders time after time. They don’t have a working number to call. I ordered two breakfast sandwiches. Why are my eggs old? Dry, overcooked, and old. I figured by noon they would have done fresh to order. But no. I always ask for easy sauce on the burgers, but they don’t seem to read that part and instead drench the burger with sauce. This is by far the worst Jack in the Box in San Antonio. All I wanted was money back, but they don’t have a working number.

We were at the speaker to order for like 15 minutes before I finally said “hey” and then she said well I only have tacos and fries if you want that, I finally said OK I’ll take tacos and fries. The two cars ahead of us never moved for another 10/15 minutes Thank God the cars behind us left so that we were able to leave as well

I love jack in the box but this was definitely the worst experience. Slow, didn’t care and gave me two medium drinks when I paid for large. Then the cashier wanted to argue about it when I had the damn receipt in my hand. Hand’s down the worst jack in the box I’ve been to. I have been to many between here and Washington state.

I live by Cowboys dance hall and I drive all the way to the other side of town because this is the only Jack In the box that makes the food fresh down side is the wait time but it’s FRESHLY MADE to order it’s worth it.

Completely disgusted with the burnt jalapeño poppers, 3 ordered 3 shakes 2 oreo shakes and 1 vanilla , we ended up with 2 chocolate shakes that were watered down and the whip cream had turned, I didn’t get my buttermilk for the jalapeño poppers and the nurses did not get the sauces for the chicken poppers! So embarrassing, people should take more pride it their jobs! So very sad .

Always short staffed , rarely has everything on menu available, condiments are even more scarse I don’t blame so much the staff but more the area it’s located in . I’m sure the customers don’t make the employee retention possible.
