I ordered a single jack burger and got something special. What is on the picture and what you get are two different meals. Instead of lettuce they used onions, the burger looks like it was made 2 days ago. For 3.30, what a great deal.

The lady that was working there was very kind. She made a mistake on one our orders and she recorrected the order mistake. Her customer service was professional and she had a wonderful demeanor all in all if I must say.

Worst Jack in the Box in existence. This is one of the only FF places around so I go here all the time. Just waited an hour in their parking lot for them to make my food. They weren’t busy. They weren’t understaffed. They’re just incompetent. Constantly get my order wrong— like tonight. Mess up burgers, forget items. Tonight was just the final straw. At least through DoorDash you can get an easy refund. Just tried calling and they won’t answer the phone. Simply the worst run place I’ve ever been.

We waited 20 mins. To put our order in. The drive through employee was rude. Like it was our fault , he had to work . We gave the order waited another 15 mins. For the order , checked order before we left . It was wrong. When’t back inside, again
treated like we were wrong.
I just took what I had and when’t on my way.
You need to get better help .

This is probably the best Jack store I’ve been to. I’ve been visiting for about 3 years and they’ve never gotten anything wrong in my order. I would’ve expected a few little mistakes here or here but there people are way ahead of the game. Also, they’re cheery. At the end of the day, that doesn’t affect the food.. but it does make your day a little brighter!

Ordered a jumbo jack, fries, and a few other things. The fries so salty. My jumbo jack wasn’t supposed to have ketchup and they still put ketchup. I asked for sweet and sour sauce for my egg rolls and two other Sauces that I didn’t get. Tried calling the store twice to speak with someone but no one is answering the phone after letting it ring 6 or 7 times. Will not be ordering from this location again.

I went through the drive-through and ordered a sourdough jack. When I went to eat it, I discovered it was raw. The meat was not cooked. The bread was not toasted. The cheese was not melted. I called the store and the response was, “oh, well sorry”. Unless you like food poisoning, I would avoid this place.

Very clean outlet here and your order are freshly prepared. I have included a photo where they are preparing the patties. The staff are also extremely helpful and friendly. We ordered ultimate cheeseburger and sourdough jack and they are both delicious. You can add lettuce, tomatoes and onions without extra cost
