Second time I’ve come to this location and get the same item wrong. I keep ordering a spicy grilled jack wrap n keep receiving it friend n regular (not spicy version). if i try to call to complain they let the phone ring n then hang it up (you can tell by the dial tone). they’re rude, impatient, and have gone at 2am both time when it’s dead and no customers and they still manage to mess up my order. very poor service, and they make requesting a refund very difficult online

Payed over $50 for cheeseburgers , meat super small and not well served. lettuce looked old and no mayo. only half a pickle on my cheeseburgers. Like what I was to far away to go back. But really bad service not recommended…

bought a double chicken sandwich and the bread was hard, they replaced it the next day and they only gave me the sandwiches, instead of the complete combo, and to add insult to injury, the bread was once again hard….the quality of jack has gone to the dogs, don’t buy anything from jack unless you want low quality food!!

The food quality is on par with most locations. Yes they are open 24 hours but if it’s after midnight. You have to do an online order. You can’t go thru the drive thru.

They had no car in front of us and made us park I had ordered a number 15 with a medium vitamin water and 2 orders of stuffed jalapeños while waiting i found out they gave a drink that tasted like sparkling water they later gave us our food so i told the employee that the drink was not good if there was a way to change it and he said they dont work with vitamin water no more and serve me a random drink instead of offering me a different drink or let me know about it later i asked if they could of change the drink for a coke and he told me i could get out of the car and get my own drink and left

Funny how they removed my other posting. Ordered thru door dash. Piece of chicken was almost as big as jalapeño popper. Never ordering from here again. You’d think a combo that more than 10$ would actually be a chicken sandwich and not a chicken nugget! – Response to Owner. No, I will not contact you guys so “this can be looked into” the fact the workers choose to put a nugget sized chicken patty in the order tells me all I need to know aBout this place. I bet if it was a family member or friend they’d give them a great order but since it’s only for a paying customer who their job depends on its okay to scam us huh?! Customers are now aware and those links don’t do anything. Thanks for “caring” though.
