Had the rudest, most obnoxious service last night at the drive thru. We ordered two tacos, onion rings and then a classic smash jack combo. We get to the window and pay and everything was fine. We had to sit and wait for a little bit while they fixed the food, which was fine, AND THEN…the girl comes to the window and says you had two tacos, and then she said it again, and when we didn’t respond fast enough for her she closed the window and walked away with the food. About 5 minutes later, she comes back to the window practically tosses the food bag out the window at my husband and slams the door. Didn’t ask if we wanted any sauce, nothing. We check the bag and there were no tacos there, and only like 1pack of ketchup for an order of onion rings and fries. We had to honk the horn to get her attention to come back and give us more ketchup and by this time we realized there were no tacos. After some very poor customer service on her part, arguing and being extremely rude to the customer, we find out that they don’t charge us for the tacos, even though when she came to the window the first time she asked us twice if we had tacos. I was not impressed. We come to this Jack in the Box quite often when we are headed out of town, and never had the service been this poor.

Great place for a quick meal when in a hurry. They have the best egg rolls around and the tacos are a great for a quick snack as well. It would be nice if they could add seasoning to the many breakfast sandwiches that they have.
They are good as they are but could be so much better with a pinch of salt and pepper. All of the burger options are also good as well. And they do not have the issues with the icream machine like another well known ftanchise,!

I am extremely disappointed. While eating our food, I found a bug inside it. We are just passing through town, and after seeing this, I immediately lost my appetite and ended up throwing up.
This is a serious sanitation issue and completely unacceptable. Food safety should be a priority, and this experience was disturbing. I would not recommend stopping at this location.

Good lunch experience here. I got the Jack Smash burger and it was very good and filling. This location just opened last year so it still had the new feel and look to it. Plenty of places to sit and free WiFi. Thanks Jack!! Keep up the good work Jack in the Box!

Jan 11 I had order 6 taco no sauce, instead I got sauce on all, my son got a munchies box chicken sandwich asked for no mayo, he got mayo on sand and when I took it back up they just wiped the mayo off! The whole staff seemed lost at what they were doing! Worst service tonight by far!

Wow! What an incredible experience I had today, all thanks to Christian at Jack in the Box. From the moment I placed my order, Christian’s efficiency and friendly attitude were outstanding. It’s not every day you get service that’s both fast and genuinely pleasant. My order was not only ready in record time, but it was also prepared perfectly. Every item was exactly as I requested, piping hot, and delicious. Christian truly sets the gold standard for what great customer service should be, and he deserves all the praise for his hard work and attention to detail.
I can’t stress enough how much I appreciate Christian’s effort. It’s the small things that make a big difference, and he absolutely nailed it. The accuracy of my order, combined with the speed of service, made my day. It’s clear that Christian takes immense pride in his work, and it really shows in the quality of the food and the overall experience. I’ll definitely be back to this Jack in the Box location, and I’m hoping Christian will be there to deliver another 5-star experience.

Went here today about 3:00pm, so not during a busy time. No cars in the parking lot, so inside dining was obviously not busy. Two cars were in line, when I pulled up. Thats it. It took at least 15 min to even get to the window (mind you, only 2 cars were in front of me). I figured, well, at least when I get to the window my food will be ready. Nope. I then waited another 5 min there also. The only words the lady at the window said to me was my total. Nothing else throughout our entire encounter. We finally get our food, only to realize on the way home, that my nuggets were not even fully cooked.

Very new location at the time of this writing. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The dining area is not huge, but has good seating options both for abled and disabled customers. All the tables have traditional outlets as well as USB outlets to charge devices. Even if the drive through line is long they don’t delay dining room orders. All around good location. I have been coming here about twice a week since it opened earlier this year.

Absolutely 100% without a doubt the worst fast food restaurant when it comes to service that I have ever been in the United States I have stopped at this location so many times and every single time they have messed up my order. Whether it be a mix-up with cheese sticks….. Or simply just not handing me an item. They will most certainly charge you for it when it comes to remembering to give you a drink…. The most basic basic things to remember this location cannot do the basics.
There could be a line of zero people and they will make you drive around to the front of the building even when you order just a chicken sandwich and a Powerade. I have so many reviews for great restaurants, and even give credit to fast food locations when they do a good job…. This location by far I do not understand how they’re still in business.
Look through my reviews and see, I rarely leave a bad review.. this Jack in the box takes the Cake when it comes to terrible terrible terrible service.
I can’t rightfully stop here anymore because I know without a doubt they will mess my order up.

Someone please look into your staff because they either don’t know what they’re doing, or they’re seriously shorting people their items. There are people out there that are struggling to find a job right now that would gladly replace the individuals who just simply can’t remember to give you your items.
Again, out of the 20 times that I have stopped here…… Every single time there has been a problem with my order. It’s never been a specialty order, it’s always been the most basic of the basic items.
