While I generally like the chain, this location was terrible. I placed a mobile order to be picked up through the drive-thru. When we pulled into the parking lot, Someone was actually backing out of the drive-thru, that should have clued me in. We were then the 2nd car in the drive-thru, which is usually quick at other locations. It took us 20 minutes. After 2 minutes, we were blocked in, so we couldn’t leave. When it was finally our turn to get our food, we waited for 5 minutes. I was then told they were out of side salads “ATM”. He asked if I wanted anything else instead. He couldn’t even think of what my options would be for a side. When we finally got our food, it was almost cold, and the onion rings I chose in lieu of the side salad were soggy. I will not return to this location

I usually go through here anywhere from midnight to 4 in the morning just depends and I rarely ever have any issues with the food it’s always hot n fresh and I’m never waiting very long. There’s two different ladies that work there at night depending on the day but both are good at their jobs!

They may think leaving the bacon off my Supreme Sourdough sandwiches saves them money, but since I never plan to come back to this store now, they’ve actually lost hundreds of dollars in future business. Manager get your act together! I don’t appreciate driving a mile to your store, waiting in line for ten minutes, and then getting two lousy half made sandwiches!

Ordered iced coffees and they were super gross. I understand if they were short staffed w/e the case. It wasn’t busy, we were the only ones there and I asked if I could pay a difference to swap them for a different flavor. I was told no, and that I COULDNT get my money back. Just horrible. Can’t force someone to drink something that taste disgusting. $8 we’re wasted..
