FOOD POISONING!
Update: I finally figured out the manager’s name is Pedro who was rude to me and kept hanging up on me because he didn’t want to hear it. He is highly unprofessional and does not care about the public’s health. Someone is going to die one day from all the reviews with all the mold on their food. I should have picked apart my food and thoroughly checked it before eating it.
This place gave me food poisoning on Saturday. I’m finally feeling a little better today, but still really sick. I called them to speak with a manager but since it’s 2 days late, he didn’t want to hear it. He argued with me, cut me off, and told me to start a lawsuit up. I guess he was the one who cooked the food and made me sick. I would highly suggest everyone to avoid this place. They are clearly cross contaminating everything and not cleaning properly. The way he handled this was extremely disgusting. I will never go to another Jack in the box ever again in my life. No wonder most locations are finally closing down.

The service was great, and I believe they truly tried to make the sandwich special. It had the perfect amount of lettuce and tomatoes. The grilled chicken was bland, but the sauce was great. There was just a bit too much sauce, and it made the bread soggy. The fries were warm and crispy but were just a bit off on freshness. The table and chair were clean, but the floor was sticky. Overall, it’s not bad.

I have never had a good experience at this particular location. The last straw for me was getting a whole meal wrong and getting a moldy bun. When returning for a refund, the worker tells me that they cannot go that far back for a receipt, but the manager comes in and does it in seconds, which leads me to believe that the initial worker lied to me.

Dude. Dont put your argumentative workers on night shift drive thru if all they are going to do is argue with other employees or managers idk what while you have a customer at the window, and the previous car in front of me took over 10 mins to get their food. Saw my food sitting there, probably already cold since i was in line for 25+ mins with 3 cars ahead, while ya’ll argued for a min and a half. So I honked and drove away. I wasn’t about to pay for cold food. This jack n the box needs to get it together.

The service was great. I visited the drive through on 2/21/2025 around. 3:10-3:15 pm Food I was not happy. I drove off tried a fry and they tasted like old grease and were cold. I went back and the drive through guy was very nice. I ordered the smash burger which I order frequently so I know how it it supposed to look. I ordered it with no onions. I bit into it all to find onions which I am allergic too. I was not provided a receipt. I could not eat the burger which also was not by any means a smash burger it was a regular burger that thru through the sauce on. The waffle fries I ordered were undercooked and multiple burnt pieces of something not sure. I tried calling several times and no one answered and the voicemail was full.

So Rude!! Waited in the drive through, without even ordering at the order stands for about 15 minutes, decided to pull up to the window because there were no cars in the drive through. One of the workers opened the window and i decided to say their minute was a little long. man decided to say “im sorry we’ve been busy” then yelled “matter of fact i refuse to take your order bye” terrible customer service.

Medium portion Hi-C Fruit Punch in a large cup. Don’t want any spills now! It was filled up to about 1 1/2” from the top. Food was very fresh. They were busy.
