Went to Jack in the Box to try the new $5 All Day Big Meal Deal and I gotta say, the food was outstanding! I hadn’t been to Jack in the Box in so many years but this location has very delicious burgers, fries, tacos, and other fast food. I used to always go to Jack in the Box in Clute TX but ever since it got shut down, I chose to come to this location.

Horrible watched the cashier eat a sauce package and lick then place her hands on money. There’s sadly food everywhere on the floor area is visible to customers. Under the frying pans it’s filthy. Manager is wearing sweat pants Waited 7 mins to order . Not a soul in place. Now we’ve got our food kn a tray when we stated several times it’s to go. 26.00 for a sloopy burger and fold old fries. Ugh closest thing to the house. Cesar is the only decent guy that’d helped me so far. Only will come when he is here. Keep good work man. Maybe they’ll learn from u.

Make sure you have enough patience to wait over 30 minutes for your food because some of the workers there seemed like the don’t know how to prepare multiple orders at the same time. The food tastes really good though.

Went through the drive through Fri, Jul 11 12:05am and I was refused service. They started they had a lot of door dash orders and could not take my order. I live in Houston and never have been rejected service in a big city. There was no cars in the driver through and doubt so many ppl other on a Thur/Fri night. 1st negative review ever done.
