I called the manager because they made my order wrong. The guy told me I could come back. My name was on the list to get my food remade. The workers tonight refuse to remake my food saying that I was just trying to get free food. I had no problem with paying. It’s just the principal. If I have an order wrong and the manager told me I can get it remade that’s what it’s supposed to be. I will be calling corporate when they open up tomorrow

Great service,great food. The young brother was very courteous and respectful when taking my order and the young lady cooking was very nice and added cheese when she didn’t have to. Very nice venue, and very quiet, I was in and out in no time at all. I definitely recommend this location.

Burger was wrong the first time, go back in and manager told cook to make a fresh one and I get this which was not even warm and the cheese on the bottom of the burger was old. I’m sorry but anyone that’s been in food can’t say that this was just made! Called manager and could not even speak on the phone due to the phone cutting out and static on their end. Last night was fine but apparently they have new cooks tonight and they don’t care for their job or what they are handing out as food for this company. This location needs new management and team members.

Zero happiness or courtesy on night shift. No welcome, no thank you, no nothing. They said they were backed up with too many customers coming through that night. I sat in that line for 22 minutes.

Went to the drive thru last night @ 7:30 PM. We were told that they were no longer taking orders due to staff shortage, yet they served the car in front of us and we had no vehicle behind us. This is the 3rd time that we have had this happen at this location. We won’t go back!
