I have tried to stay loyal to this jack in the box. Honestly im not sure if they are even trying anymore. This is maybe the 3rd time I’ve bought a large amount of tacos and they dont put cheese in them. I really dont like the fact that also dont answer the store phone when you call. . Came here around 8:50/9pm and they already had their doors close. The dining area doesn’t close till 10pm I was just trying to place by order and leave this is ridiculous why have literal teens working. And they can’t even do their job right do better why even have a time when y’all will close it when ever never coming back to this location don’t recommend anyone to go this is beyond ridiculous I will put a complaint with Corporate do better smdh

Came here 3 weeks ago and they said they had no tacos. Decided to test out my luck today and they said no tacos when I ordered again. I decided to pull up to the window anyway and ask why there were no tacos but the lady had the audacity to say that she never said there were no tacos. After 15 minutes of waiting by the door, she finally brought them out but had the ugliest attitude for no reason. Never bringing service to this fast food place again. There are definitely better options in Crosby. Avoid coming here if possible. Even then, the tacos came out looking uncooked. This is a worker problem. Find better workers.

Granted, it was 2:45 a.m., but we were sorely disappointed in the sausage croissant (the eggs were scrambled and the rest of the sandwich was cool), the spicy chicken wrap had no spicy sauce AND the tortilla was ice cold, straight out of the cooler it seemed. They advertised Monster tacos but said they aren’t serving them anymore. So I ordered regular one and they were hot. We drove back through the drive thru and asked them to make the order correctly. They fixed the issues, we were nice and they were nice too.

Sat at speaker box for ten minutes nobody came on, drove to window to order, had no Diet Coke or Pepsi, finally got my order and it had no ketchup nor any napkins, and the smash burger was disgusting…I’d eat at McDonalds over that any day. Very disappointed.

Will not ever come here again, took 15 minutes in a dead drive thru and another 20 minutes waiting in the front to get my food. I think I feel bad for the drive thru girl but I am not sure. She was very hard to understand like maybe she had some issues and wasn’t the best person for the window. I could be wrong but that’s how it seemed. There was literally 3 customers the entire time I was there and they had workers just sitting around on their phones. Worst experience in fast food I’ve had in a very long time. The 2 sandwiches i got tasted like they had been made earlier and just given to me when someone felt like getting up.

1st of all. I am a very understanding person….I know that fast food establishments DO GET BUSY, especially during after school/after work hours (3pm-6pm-ish)…
However, when one goes into an establishment, and they are the ONLY customers there, and the staff behind the counter are showing clear signs that they haven’t been busy in quite a minute, and you take a Glance around and can clearly see that EVERY table is dirty, the entire floor is dirty, and the restrooms are definitely not up to par, as well….it then becomes tirelessly disappointing that the staff on duty showed no interest in stepping from behind the counter to straighten up the dining area….not even a little bit.
On top of the mere fact that the establishment was dirty, the owner really needs to address the fact that there are several leaks throughout the entire facility, from the roof….causing wet puddles all over the place…this actually is very concerning for both patrons and the staff there, as well.
I know that with very little effort that the folks could easily whip this establishment back into shape. Come on, y’all!! I know the pay probably bites, and your hours probably suck too, but regardless , try harder, individually, to take a little bit of pride in YOUR job…I promise, if each one of you start showing more effort, y’all’s reviews will be better , you will feel better about your work ethics, and could open your door to bigger opportunities.
I am hopeful that y’all can turn this around . Thanks for reading

Ordered tacos from here and the shell on all of them were broken, some didn’t have anything inside just the shell or a very little bit of lettuce. Very disappointed and they could take their time in making the food right and not all sloppy.
