This Jack in the box is horrible I order tacos and they gave me tacos with extra extra hot sauce as soon as I pick up the tacos the bag ripped. They always get the orders wrong. They keep you waiting so they can the order wrong.

Not busy but yet every table was still dirty. Cashier was sweeping behind counter and then went to help box a side dish for drive thru but did NOT wash her hands! We haven’t stopped at a Jack in the Box in 2 years & it will definitely be that long again.

Cashier wasn’t friendly. Had to pull up to the window so she could understand my husband and when we pulled up she still couldn’t so I spoke and she still couldn’t and I’m american. Wasn’t friendly and didn’t say thank you. We were leaving to come back home and I won’t stop there again. Gave a two because the food was good .

Pathetic service. Upon ordering my total was $13 and change but at the window it was $19; I questioned it and the man insisted the order was correct. I paid and then reviewed the receipt which revealed I had been charged an extra $5 for a burger I hadn’t ordered. The man refused to refund me and told me to come back when a manager was present with my receipt. He said he couldn’t do anything and that the person who had originally took my order had suddenly “left” unannounced.

Ordered a #2 and a #29. Real simple and basic order. No one in front of me and an empty parking lot. I am still asked to pull around and am still waiting on my food…slow for no reason. Hard to find good service in fast food anymore.

Was headed to this location to get a spicy chicken sandwich, I work nights so morning is dinner for me I called ahead cause it usually takes them 5-10 minutes to cook the chicken. When I called I let the lady know I’ll be coming through the drive thru in 5 minutes could you drop the chicken for me and she stated rudely, “we don’t take orders over the phone.” I called the one on main st and they were happy I called ahead.
