Stopping by just for a quick bite to eat and to my surprise only 1 worker running the shift, to my surprise Cornell a manager in training running a store solemnly efficiently and friendly throughout the whole interaction. Doing things like this he won’t be in training for long he deserves his own store thank you so much!

I ordered on the computer at the front desk and I had to wait for a long time to get my food 5 people got their food before I did and I got to the store and ordered first I had to go to the front and ask for my food because they wouldn’t hurry up. I ordered a sourdough jack and didn’t even receive all the ingredients in it I was missing my tomatoes and burger was all cold like it has just been sitting got the meal with medium fries and medium coke instead I get to my job and see I got small fries instead of medium which is absurd since I clearly paid for medium I almost didn’t get my drink if I didn’t ask for my cup I also ended up getting an 8 piece onion rings and I open the box to just straight catastrophe my onion rings are just burnt and stiff like if they were cooked for 10 minutes and sat for another 10 I should’ve just chewed on some bricks at that point never again coming to this jack n the box I should’ve just gone to the gas station next door and got some dog food and I would’ve been more satisfied than this jack n the box

Horrible, spent over 30$ and asked for buttermilk ranch dressing and we only got 1. We ordered egg rolls and got 2 sweet sour sauce doesn’t make any sense.
Also, ensure you ask for fresh food or it won’t be fresh.

The other night(11/11/25) me & my family went to this location(#4749) & had the most pleasant & best experience that we’ve ever had at a Jack in The Box. The young man that responded at the drive thru menu was very polite & respectful. When we pulled up to the second window to pay he seemed a bit out of breath but was still holding himself & working strong. We found out he was working alone, was doing everything by himself. Finding this out he was doing an amazing job. I very much commend this young man, that’s the kind of worker every location should have. Now on the other hand I do feel bad for him. Management should have either found other workers to work that shift or come in themselves to help. Thank you to the young man with the red dreads; Cornell I believe is his name. You did an amazing job & my family & myself thank you so much bud!

Placed an order online & went inside to pick it up because I needed to use the restroom. As I walked toward the restroom, the drive thru associate was coming out and locks the door. She then turns around & tells me the restroom is locked & not open to the public. I said ok, but I bought something already and still walks away saying let me ask. Now at this point I don’t want my food nor to use the restroom. She comes back & tells me “I’m gonna open it for you” she see the look on my face, I don’t want to talk to her nor do I want to be here. If I could’ve cancelled my order online I would’ve. If I could give negative star rating I would, cause she was so impolite & rude. Sad part, that was my 3rd time eating Jack in the Box for the week & 2nd at this location. Needless to say I won’t be back!

Went to jack for quick snack there was one worker no one else there and he did amazing Cornell was attentive and very professional even though he was all by himself great service with a smile makes me happy to see a young man put so much pride In his work even when he’s the only one there.

All of my food was cold and 3 of the items that I originally went for they were out of. (No chicken patties, no minute maid lemonade, no sprite) nothing has changed and they are getting worse. Look at this medium curly fries. Hardly any fries and cold. They just don’t care.

Got order wrong food cold waste of money go to different location. May be the absolute worst excuse of a so called Burger. Best part was bun if that tells you anything. A sliver of a tomato, cold salty patty, dry even after asking for extra ketchup. Wouldn’t feed to dog. Lesson learned back to McDonald’s I go.
