I sent a note about the food I received on 7/15, that it was flavorless and no sauce on my tacos. Within 30 minutes I received a call from the owner apologizing for the experience. I had received part of the previous customer’s order. They requested no sauce!!! I returned to the site and was given 6 new tacos with sauce & a coke. (original order was 4 & a coke). Thank you for making this right and the great service! I shall return again.

This Jack in the Box was better than most. Prompt service, order was correct. I could hear at the drive-through, and my order was repeated back. The food was hot and tasted great. It renewed my feelings about a Jack in the Box.

Well tonight was a experience at this location my order was missing items when we return the african american senior female was really rude and we asked her name she said “NO I WILL NOT GIVE U MY NAME” we asked the younger male what her name was she told him infront of my husband you tell him my name you will be in trouble after all this they game us a order which was once again the wrong thing how hard is it to get a 5 piece chicken strip meal right first time we didnt even get it then they gave us mini tacos instead of chicken strips this happened on 3/24/23 @ 10:20pm
