First time at a Jack in the Box. Of course the menu does not represent what you get so don’t let that fool you. You think you’re getting a nice, thick sandwich. Yeah, you’re not. Ordered a French Toast platter, didn’t even get a fork or syrup. Common sense would be helpful there. What I ordered vs what I got.

I work around the corner from this location. The food is always great, and yes, sometimes it can be a little slow, but besides that, never have a problem. And to be honest, the main reason I always come to Jack in the Box is you can get anything on the menu anytime. Today at 1120 pm. We bought curly fries with cheese and 4 tacos.
The cheese was soooo spoiled you would have vomited. I can’t believe they don’t smell it or no other customer has complained. One can get very sick from this. I hope I don’t. Also, the tacos we supposed to be crunchy as ordered and they were hard. So this dissappointed. I called the store phone number on receipt to let them know about the spoiled cheese and the number on the website for store number #3654 in Brookshire but no one was answering. Went to a voice-mail.

Today at 11:pm first off I stayed in the line over 39 mins waiting in food Came here and it was only 1 person working I ordered a boba milk shake and when I received it it was only a vanilla I asked where’s the boba the staff tells me they don’t have anymore I replied saying I don’t want they tell me they can’t do a refund because there was not a manager there so I was forced to keep some thing I didn’t want I also asked for extra cheese on my tacos and guess what none also the food was not fresh everything was horrible y’all have to do better I’ll be calling corporate tomorrow

That had a line and did not wait on anyone for 18 minutes
Then spoke as if you are the problem.
It was a young black girl in a camo hoodie, that looks as if she could care less about you or her job.
Once you’re in line and one person gets behind you, you are stuck
It took me 35 minutes to get two sandwiches
They either need retraining or to be fired
Whataburger, at least speaks to you who doesn’t ignore you and act as if they don’t care about their job and definitely do not give a damn about you, go to Whataburger
This place is ridiculously slow and not attentive……
This is a very bad look on management here.

Edited: I ordered 2 more orders of egg rolls tonight to watch my football game. That’s 6 egg rolls with ZERO SAUCE!!! The order receipt clearly shows I ordered sauce so now I get dry egg rolls with no sauce. Tried calling the number here and the number on the receipt, no answer on either. I’m not happy.
These egg rolls are the absolute best!!! Please don’t get rid of this delicious crunchy delight!!

Got here at 8:25 and even though the doors and the website say the lobby is open till 10 they had the doors locked. There was already another couple at the door and the employee poked his head out and said the lobby is closed.
If the owner or corporate doesn’t know this I wanted to make sure they realize they’re turning people away this early.

I ordered a jumbo jack with cheese combo and they didn’t put meat on my burger!! The curly fries were stale and cold. They even messed up on the drink. I ordered a diet coke and they gave me a watered down coke. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at Javk in the Box.

Rude staff: I was picking up an order and I had barely said a word when he looked at the phone and closed the window. It’s worth noting that two drinks were missing, and I had to go back and get in line again through the drive-thru. Then I heard him tell his coworkers that I didn’t say anything, like I was mute. I told him I’m not mute, it’s just that he doesn’t let me speak, and he rudely responded that I have to be quick. He was not polite at all—it was the guy with glasses. I still had to wait on the other side for two more orders that took a long time Terrible customer service.”
