How the hell do you just forget more than half an entire order? Missing half of my tacos, wife’s mini tacos have cheese when asked for none. Still didn’t give all tacos when asked. Forgot the entire jalapeno popper order and the cherry on top is my diet Dr pepper was a REGULAR. I’m type 1 diabetic and need to inject specific amounts of insulin so I don’t die. I absolutely love it when my blood sugar spikes to 300mg/dl and risk going to the hospital because only 10% of my order was correct.

The woman who was there tonight had a very unprofessional attitude and demonstrated poor customer service skills. There are appropriate ways to speak to customers that do not involve raising your voice or becoming argumentative, especially when the customer is being calm and respectful.
On the other hand, the gentleman Matthew who assisted me was very polite and helpful. Whoever that woman is may benefit from additional training on proper customer service and how to treat people professionally

I dined in at this Jack In the Box after ordering in the app. This is, in my opinion, one of the cleanlier locations I have been to in the area. The staff was friendly and service was good. The food came out hot and as ordered, however one of the ceiling fans in the dining area was wobbling substantially and was extremely loud.

The guy at the counter was confused when we pulled up to the pick up window and just stared at us. After I said I already ordered then he realized where he was and gave me my order. If that wasn’t bad enough my sauces loaded bacon cheese wedges literally has no sauce cheese or bacon as my picture showed.

If you’re dining in, you will be waiting a long time. Here’s the trick. Go get back in your car and sit in the drive thru until they bring you your order. Never agree to pull into a parking spot to wait. They only care about drive thru time metrics. As soon as you sit your car on their timer, they’ll start moving.

I ordered food late at night and for some reason every other Jack in the Box NEVER puts a cherry on the shake and I always have to ask. The worker last night at 3:45am was so nice and she put the cherry in my shake without me asking for it. She had a friendly smile the whole time, food was great and fresh. Her customer service will definitely make me come back to this location. 10 out of 10!

This was a terrible experience for this place. Well actually a non experience since the door were locked at 4:37 pm on Wednesday April 23,2005. They were closed. Said they were closed but they had a long line in the drive through. You might ask why not just use drive through? Well, that would be because I walked to the pet store with my dog to buy dog food and thought I’d get myself something to eat also. But that was a no go. You would think that the person that came to the door to tell me they were closed would have at least offered to take my order and bring it to me when it was ready but I suppose the thought of making a sale or trying to make a customer happy or even just providing the service to everyone equally would be something that jack in the box would have trained their employees to do but I can see that they don’t care about my business or anyone’s really. They might as well just close this location since they can’t seem to be able to open their doors to the public anyway. I’ve never in my 50 plus years seen a business make the decision to turn away customers in the middle of the afternoon??? Can’t say that it’s a winning strategy to run a successful business but I guess that’s just my opinion.

These people are sad. I went and spent $20 on a number 5 A smashed bacon double. I don’t know what I received it jus has onions and sauce with no bacon. My curly fries were not fresh my red bull drink was only halfway full in the cup like what. I’ve been calling and calling and no one is answering the phone. I expect everything to be fresh and right after sitting in the line for about 10mins.
