Placed an order for a 3 chicken strip entre with a small fries then ordered a 5 piece chicken strip combo. Got home and saw only one order of fries. Went back to restaurant and the were closed. The website say they are open until 10pm. Right now as I’m doing this review it is not 10pm. Wow what a lovely visit I experienced.

Food is always old here never fresh cooked. Staff is really rude. Store is hot like no AC it’s miserable. Drink machine was out of everything but lemonade and water. Ceilings were disgusting like they were moldy. Place is disgusting it should close. Health department should find ne them for consistently serving old food and not using AC INSIDE WHEN ITS 103 OUT!

I should have read the reviews the Mexican lady working here at 6:30pm on April the 7,2023…I went through drive through after waiting over 20 minutes…I asked for ranch she stated I gave you two already like she did me a favor…she said you have to pay .25 with a attitude…then said do you want tacos sauce…I drove off…worst customer service ever….never coming to this location ever…also writing too corporate over a .25 cents dip smh

I made an online order only for no one to answer at the drive through and to go to the front door to make eye contact with this woman only for her to ignore me. I called several times only for her to turn all of the lights off and pretend the store is closed. This store is labeled as a 24 hour store, so I’m honestly surprised and frustrated that they would ignore a paying customer without addressing the fact that they took my money and acted as if my order was fulfilled when it was not. This was my first online order with Jack in the Box. Needless to say, I will never return to any Jack in the Box ever again. Avoid Jack in the Box at all costs. Go to your local Whataburger instead. Even if Whataburger is understaffed, they will serve you delicious food and not just ignore you in such a blatant and disrespectful way. I am disgusted with this store and have not yet received a refund for the order I made. These people will steal your money and act like nothing happened as I was not given the food I paid for. Again, avoid this store at all costs.

This place is the worst!!! We just say in the drive thru and waited to so long only to drive away still hungry because no one ever took our order. The business looks like it’s open, there are vehicles there(possibly the employees) but no one is actually working inside. I evenhave video to show the “employee ” vehicles that are there but yet there is no one inside at 6:30 on Sunday, December 18th. The hours posted said they close at 10 pm. Just such a shame that this place is in a prime location but never open for business…

It’s pretty much a standard Jack location. Can be slow at times but not too bad. They use the million drink variation machine, so I get Dr. Pepper since i think it taints the flavors. Get the egg rolls.

Worst experience I think I’ve had in a drive thru. Team working was running very slow, and on top of it forgot half my order, then had the audacity to be speaking badly about me in Spanish when I went to ask for the rest of my order. TL;DR- Double check your bags and don’t be nice to window girl.
