I don’t leave reviews! And I gotta say I’m not too happy how the food was packaged. I am disappointed and hope this doesn’t happen again. I understand that sometimes the right containers anren available but at least make it look appetizing. And put the right portions. And we had other orders that weren’t fresh at all but, I just hope the employees do better.

As a fast food worker I understand that things don’t always pan out in store. You won’t always have the right size containers, supplies run out, there’s a rush, etc. But I’ve been ordering delivery from here for a while now because it’s the closest to where I stay sometimes and it’s really aggravating when I pay for large sizes, or specific items, and my orders are consistently wrong or missing things. I order the 52 piece tiny taco snack box, and I received 10. I pay for large drinks, and I get regular, or even small ones that are filled with ice or not even filled all the way. The tacos are soaked in grease. I’m constantly missing one thing or another in my meal. I get that I can receive refunds for things I don’t receive, and I don’t like leaving bad reviews. But mistakes accumulate, mistakes made with MY food and MY money. Please understand it gets to a certain point. Times are tough for everyone and the last thing anyone needs is an establishment that plays with your food, money, and time. Please do better, and for people ordering delivery from here, consider a different location.

I just had such a great experience at Jack in the Box thanks to John! He went above and beyond with his kindness and made sure our order was perfect. His service was definitely a 10 out of 10 — friendly, fast, and professional. It’s rare to get that kind of energy these days, and it really made our visit stand out. This 5 star is for when Steven Garcia is working , if he isn’t my order is wrong, they treat me like I’m asking for too much, I pay for my extra sauce and always ask politely, Steven is always super nice and takes care of my order. Seriously there is a big difference, I’m a frequent la5e night visitor and I can see the difference. Steven goes above and beyond.

I honestly stopped going to this location because it was bad way too consistently; but a few months ago I gave them another shot and since then I’ve been there 4 or 5 times and it’s been really good every time.
