The first Jack in the Box I went to took so long to answer the intercom so I drove off after 5 cars piled up behind me.
This was the second location I went to. The person at the window allowed me order bacon cheddar wedges and then told me at the window that she think they don’t sell them anymore after I told her I noticed they were not in the bag. That turned me off but I was 38 hot once I got home and found mold on the back of my burger.
I cursed up a storm the whole way back up there. I informed the people waiting on food in the lobby to check their food unless they plan on getting sick and like eating mold. I showed them pics and everything. Don’t play with me or my health. The people making the food do not know how to properly inspect their food before serving it. I could have given that burger to one of my kids. Highly unsanitary. They did refund back all of my money but I will be reporting them to corporate for obvious reasons

This was my first time eating at jack in the box and though it wasn’t terrible I doubt I’ll be eating it again. It took 15 minutes to get my food, that’s a long time when you’re the only person’s order is being made! This location like all the others I see was empty. Looking at the food it looked great but that was it. The fires were plain and unseasoned, the jalapeño poppers were ok but they were cheddar filled instead of cream cheese. That means as soon as they start to cool the cheese turns into lumpy clumps. The burger itself was greasy and the bread sucked. Does anyone else remember when hamburger places actually roasted the buns? Now I know why every time I see a jack in the box the place is empty.

Staff were too busy talking to each other. I ordered a Regular sized combo. The cashier charged me for Large. I told her I didn’t want the Large she said the Manager told her they no longer sold Regular and they don’t have Regular cups. Then why have Regular on the menu?
I ordered regular fries and got curly. Was told they can’t take the curly back once I accept the bag. Then the fries had about 100x too much salt.
I asked for my chicken sandwich to have no sauce. Someone decided to be funny and drown it in sauce.
Jack in the Box is closing a lot of stores. This one needs to be closed if they are going to treat customers like that.

I try to give JACK in the Box a chance every 6 months, and each time they fail me. This will be the last time I will be at any Jack in the Box.
I arrived at this location, no vehicles in drivethru, no customers in the store. I ordered the butteryjack, and came to the drive thru.
This is fast-food, or is supposed to be correct? Food took 15 minutes to get in my hand. The cashier was nice in the window, however that does not justify 15 minutes that I had to wait.
I pulled over to eat in the car. This is where it gets bad. I take my first bite of the burger, and I feel something chewy in my mouth. I look at the burger, and the plastic paper is still on the cheese. I didn’t even want to go back inside. I just threw the food away and drove off. I will never come back in this or any Jack establishment again. Every time I give them a chance, they continue to mess up.

I absolutely love the fried egg rolls and curly fries and order them at least twice a month. The food quality and taste are always consistent, and the customer service is good.

Stopped in around 9pm on a week night. There were no other customers in the dining area. An employee saw me and came right up to take the order. Didn’t want soggy tacos possibly sitting under a heat lamp a while, so I ordered two without sauce so that they would have to make them fresh. They came out with lots of shredded lettuce which I love because it balances the fat in the meat.
As I was eating, noticed that the guy named Larry wasn’t just standing around, waiting for customers to come in. He was constantly cleaning. I saw him wiping down the wall behind the counter. Then he came out and wiped down the wood trim in the dining room. I was impressed. He treated the place like it was his and he wanted it to shine. He was polite when I complimented him and said something like he wanted things to look nice. Jack in the Box bosses, he’s a keeper that you should consider moving up as he really cares about the store!

Walked in and noticed how dirty the floors were. I approached the counter, and it wasn’t clean. You can clearly see drink and food residue. The person who took my order looked at me twice but didn’t acknowledge me. When she (Lidya) finally came to the counter, her disposition wasn’t friendly, and she appeared to be the manager/lead. The drink machine didn’t produce ice, and it wasn’t very clean. The area where you get the straws and lids at was dirty. The restroom was dirty. The sink looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. There wasn’t a clean table at all. I actually whipped the table off myself by using napkins and water from the drink machine. They could use some deep cleaning. I ordered the smashed Sourdough (new) burger because it looked so good and the commercial. But when I received it, the sourdough bread was overcooked and hard. Plus, the curly fries were cold. I was on lunch break, so I didn’t have time to go anywhere else at that point. So I kinda took a chance with my health I feel because the place was so dirty. And that just from what I could see. I wonder what the back where the food is prepared looks like. Maybe that’s why the attitudes were like they were. Because the restaurant was in the shape it was.

went to get breakfast in the morning and they had no sausage for any breakfast selection, they only had sprite and dr. pepper for soda, the place was dirty, took 20 minutes to get our food and the sandwich looked nothing like it does on the menu. never coming to this jack again.

I have tried this jack several tines. Drive thru is slow custimer service is horrible and even if you do survey novosy responds. Kind of sad seeing how they arent the only resturant in the area. I tried now 3 times and wait time is horible and customer service is mediocore
