Both Meals Had Mold – Got Sick & No Refund!
This was one of the most disgusting and disappointing experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered two meals from this place and both had visible mold on the burger buns (photos attached). It wasn’t subtle — there were clear green and white mold spots.
Unfortunately, I had already taken a bite before noticing and ended up getting violently sick and throwing up shortly after. When I contacted them, they didn’t apologize or show any concern — instead, they were rude, dismissive, and refused to refund me.
This is a serious health risk. Serving moldy food is unacceptable, and treating a sick customer this way is even worse. I will never order from here again and highly suggest you don’t either. It’s not worth risking your health for food that should have never been served.

The parking lot is a little cramped but that was a-ok. The service and food were both fantastic. I had a double chicken sandwich meal. Hot and fresh even after the 15 min drive I had ahead of me.

This is by far the WORST location ive ever been to for any kind of fast food, not just this franchise. The district manager and coprate needs to reevaluate this location. The orders are always wrong they make you pull up so they cant track how long the ridiculous wait time is and if anyone ever trys to call they literally pick up the phone dont say anything then repeatedly hang up on you regardless of why you are calling. This area is new but this restaurant is beyond horrible

I went through the drive thru at 10:15pm on Thursday 10/16/25. I ordered a classic smashed burger with no boss sauce or pickles and add mayo and mustard. I was given a plain burger with nothing on it. I tried calling them 3 times in a row and they picked the phone up then hung up without saying anything. Terrible customer service and whoever is doing the cooking and food prepping needs additional training.

Correct me if I’m wrong, I’ve been here twice the first time order was right, this second time we ordered the same amount of tacos. 6 tacos wasn’t it suppose to be a total of 12? I’m confused as she said I needed to order 6 orders of tacos for it to be 12 and I told her you guys don’t do 2 tacos in each no more and she said yes but you did 3 orders so it was 6 so I’m sitting here wondering if I’m wrong, anyways no receipt, she didn’t even repeat the order and didn’t even bother saying the total and she was rude! But anyways I’m not coming back.

Horrible Managerial Service!!! Made an order online via their app on Aug 13. Arrived at location and they were closing. They couldn’t prepare the order, refund my money, or give me any instructions on what to do. I’ve contacted JIB via the app, email, and phone (they pickup then hang up). NO RESPONSE TO EITHER!! I’ve reported the transaction to my bank and JIB has not responded as a merchant. Basically stealing and not being accountable due to the hours that do not coinside with the hours on the app. It’s been nearly two weeks NOT one single response!!!

Ordered a breakfast sausage burrito and it was great but I also got the 2 for 6 bacon breakfast sandwiches and was extremely disappointed at what that consists of. Just get 2 or 3 bacon breakage hacks for the same price because even at 2 for 6 is not a good deal. Its just a rebranded breakfast jack wit a couple more shrunken pieces of bacon. DO NOT BUY the 2 for 6!!
