We went inside and ordered dinner to eat inside. The food was served in an appropriate amount of time. The curly fries were super fresh and very hot. The burger was also fresh and hot. The bun was soft, which I liked. The tacos were hot as well and better than the ones I had in Willis. The restrooms were also clean. Nice! The dining area had plenty of seating and I did not see a dirty table in the place. The woman who took out order seemed patient and understood what we needed easily.

The most pathetic breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had….I usually go to BK for breakfast sandwiches however I decided to change things up this morning…
I ordered a supreme breakfast sandwich with hash browns. The line was completely empty upon arrival, despite, my wait time was really long. This wasn’t a huge issue because in my mind I’m thinking they are making everything fresh to order.
Nope… the croissant bread was hard as a rock, the ingredients were not fresh and the hasbrown tasted as if it was soaking in grease over night…
Service overall was extremely poor.

When I arrived I placed my order and asked for fresh food. I waited for at least 10 minutes to get him and not only was my food not fresh but it was made incorrect, I barely had any cheese and bacon on my wedges which they classify as sauced and loaded. I proceeded to call the restaurant to inform the about the situation and the phone line didn’t work. It was late at night, the guy at the front counter seemed as If he didn’t want to be at work so I decided to wait until the next day for the morning shift to speak with higher management, I tried calling a few times again get the same response (a phone that doesn’t work) So I sunt my husband to the restaurant to speak with the manager. She was very rude, she made my husband wait in the lobby for at least 20 minutes to come back from the back of the restaurant and tell him her employee from last night stated our food was fresh, so im guessing this is where “the customer is always right’ saying went completely out the door. She threatened to call the police on my husband when he tried showing her pictures of customers food that had already been made sitting open, and left unattended on the counter for at least 5 minutes so she could see that everyone food was not fresh and being mishandled. I asked my husband to just leave after asking her for corporate number she said it was on the receipt and asked her employees to call the police. Instead of her being an example for her shift and acting as a manager/leader she showed them its ok to sell cold food, mess up customers orders and be rude about it without attempting to fix the problems. I have never experienced such low quality service from a restaurant and I wouldn’t trust them to serve me ever again nor would I advise anyone else to eat here!!

The burger is great, the bun is fluffy, the beef patty is soft and flavorful.
They have quite a number of drink options available too.
The service is very good, when i asked for recommendation, she explained it thoroughly.
The place is clean, there is a pop song playing and lot of windows around.

We had clients looking for food at 1:00 AM on Christmas Eve, and Jack in the Box was the only fast-food place open. Even though the line was busy, the staff kept things moving, the food was hot and fresh, and the service was friendly.
When you need late-night fast food in Houston, especially during the holidays when everything else is closed, Jack in the Box is reliable, convenient, and there when you need it. Great customer service — we really appreciated them being open on Christmas Eve!

DO NOT come to this Jack in the box. I sat in the drive thru line for 20+ minutes maybe more. There were 3 staffs working. 2 staffs working the food line and the person working the drive thru has to help them because the line staffs are slow. Wow!! This is ridiculous. This was my first time coming to this location and this will be my last. Management should be ashamed of the themselves to not provide a full staffs knowing fast food restaurants are the most busiest.

Went through Sunday and waited in drive thru 21 minutes before we made it to the window. Noticed there was 1 employee (Israel) working window and lobby… 2 cooks… It is sad to see Israel taking the blunt of angry customers due to obvious incompetence of leadership. Of course no manager was around… I am surprised the employee didn’t quit… says a lot about his character and work ethic. Good for you Israel… however, whoever your manager is needs to be FIRED for setting you up to fail. Sad what these substandard managers subject their employees to…

I ordered a Teriyaki bowl and was given a burrito bowl, when I went back the young lady at the window said that I ordered a burrito bowl and didn’t know what I was talking about.very rude and lacking customer service. I’M out $15 and now don’t have breakfast.
