Jack in the Box is a reliable fast food option when you want something quick and you do not want to be locked into one type of food. The menu has a lot of choices, which is the main reason I stop here. Burgers, tacos, breakfast, and late night food are all available, and that makes it convenient no matter the time of day.
The food is generally good for fast food. Burgers are usually hot and put together correctly. The tacos are not authentic, but they are cheap, filling, and honestly hard to pass up. Curly fries are one of the better sides on the menu when they are fresh. Breakfast items are solid and consistent, especially if you are stopping in the morning or late at night.
Service depends on how busy they are. Sometimes it is fast and smooth, other times there is a wait, but that is normal for a place that stays busy. Orders are usually correct, and when there is an issue, it gets fixed without much hassle.

I came here last week, the store seemed clean yet the cashier was my problem. One of the cashiers, Melanie, had an attitude. I’m not sure if she was just having a bad day but I was being nice and respectful and she had an attitude towards me. I didn’t want problems since I was with my kids so I just asked for drinks and decided to leave. As she handed me my cup, she gave me a dirty look a proceder to turn around and go to the back. Will most definitely not be coming back here.

It is 5:54 AM, and I’m not from Tomball, so I didn’t know this Jack in the Box doesn’t open until 6 AM. Most locations are open 24 hours, so I stopped by while passing through.
I waited patiently at the speaker with no response. When I finally said “hello,” the employee who answered sounded annoyed, like I was interrupting him. I still placed my order, and he told me to pull around.
When I got to the window, he gave me the total. I politely asked, “Are y’all closed?” and he said, “Yeah, we don’t open till six,” with the same attitude. So I said, “Never mind, cancel my order,” and he just said “OK”, no apology, no explanation, nothing. The energy was very unwelcoming, and based on how he carried himself, he looked like he might even be the manager.
Honestly, judging by the reviews, this location clearly has ongoing issues. They might as well shut it down and reopen with better staff, better service, and better food quality, because the current experience is not it.
Off to Whataburger I go, where they actually want customers.

Placed an order over the app, and when you do that, there’s always a chance that something is done incorrectly. However, this location got everything correct. We got a Homestyle Ranch Chicken Club, and a couple hamburgers. The Chicken Club was put together so well and it was actually sad to eat lol. The hamburgers was super pathetic though. They looked sad and for twice the price as McDonald’s, not worth it. The pineapple shake, amazing!

I was so excited for the return of the potatoes wedges. I ordered the classics, so it should have came with bacon, cheese and ranch. They came with ranch and one smear of cheese.
