Every time I place an online order at this restaurant they do an amazing job. I feel like they make the food fresh for an online order and I LOVE THAT. My food is always fresh and hot. Just how I like it. Keep up the great job! Also every employee here is nice, ive never had an issue with any employee. So yeah order here, they are great!

This location has the nastiest drinks ever! The Dr. Pepper tasted like a cities nasty water supply. The restrooms smelled like major urine and the food was mediocre. I do not recommend that you eat or drink or use the bathroom here.

Very dirty facility! I went to use restroom after enjoying the breakfast and coffee and was startled by feces in toilet, a trash can next to toilet with feces covered paper (i assume because customers who are not used to American sewage systems being capable of taking it away?) And paper on floors not to mention the stench of rotten death. I did notice a signage for facility cleanliness next to dirty sinks to wash hands. I wish I had seen this before trusting the kitchen staff with my food.

Don’t go here, I guess at least past 10pm! Black tatted dude was short with me, and got me order wrong. Then when I tried to order my second taco, after finally being able to scream into his attention, bringing to his uninterested interest of the miscommunication about my original order or two not one taco. instead of him taking responsibility and only charging me the appropriate .60? Etc he Mentioned $1.28 for the one ☝️jack n box taco instead. After he first ran off, not interested in helping me further after I’ve paid, basically throwing my food bag at me, and slamming the whole window on me! Very dirty restaurant !!! extremely extremely rude employee I cannot stress the amount of unprofessional and no customer service skills these ppl lack. The woman is very rude. Has no need to be behind a counter or working with people. She has no communication skills. This restaurant was dirty. There was stuff all over the counters floors, there were spiders on the floors. they Absolutely have no business having the store open when I ordered food She messed it up refused to fix her mistake. Told me to call corporate and to go online which I did. The store was completely empty. I’m pretty sure she just wanted to get back to setting at her table while letting the restaurant fall around her.
They are very unclean people there and this whole store needs to be closed or just re-employed it was disgusting and this was such a disappointment when we only get Jack-in-the-Box once maybe every six months this is very disappointing. I gave up and walked out when I told her the spiders were on the floor, and she went and stomped on it and set a wet floor, sign over it, and then went and started making food in the back never once washed her hands the entire time I was in the store keep in mind she was at a table when I walked in. No gloves! Horrible!

My husband and I came here to get food the day of Hurricane Beryl, because it was one of only a few places that had electricity and was open that evening. This is about 13 miles from my house. We ordered two burgers and fries, as combos, but were told it would not have a drink because the soda machine was broken. Didn’t get any sort of discount tho’ even though we didn’t get any drinks, but ok… got our food, drove home, and found my $9 burger didn’t have ANY MEAT ON IT! Not one tiny, microscopic speck. I called but no one would answer. It was too far to justify driving back. So I ate my MEATLESS tomato burger…. How do you forget MEAT on a HAMBURGER???

When we arrived we weren’t greeted, once ordering the guy that took our order kept talking over the headset and giggling to his coworkers and we had to keep repeating our order and correcting what he put on the screen. Once we got our food, they messed up our sandwiches. He blamed it on someone being new but then said they were talking about they wondered if we would even notice they messed up. Also had Alot of drink flavorings missing from the soda machine.
