5 stars for the people working there today (11/14/25). The gentleman that help at the counter was super nice. His smile made me feel like he wanted to help and he did. Thank you Sergio! It has been a while since going to the old Jack (a few bad experiences with their food had me cautious). They knocked it out of the park today at this location. The food was hot and fresh. The onion rings stood out specifically in the new “Gremlins Midnight Meal”. A light crust and warm onion flavor…..delicious. Great Job!

The service is nice but only stays that way when you immediately go park at a number so they can bring your food out without their timer running up. Even on orders of just tacos that don’t take that long to make and with 0 other cars in line waiting.

Doesn’t answer the phone. Dont trust places that dont pick up the phone. You ever need a refund or speak to someone about your order or need to contact them for anything, know you will get no response.

Drive thru order for store #3969 ordered a chic-n-tator melt with no sauce, 1 slice of cheese. Not sure what this is I received., looks thrown together very displeasing to see what I received for a sandwich that’s almost $7 and to add I was advised they do not honor specials.

The workers do not know how to count,
We gave them exact change and they completely ignored us not taking the change until after realizing they were short on the amount due. Not compent workers at all.
