Clean location, friendly and quiet. The cashier was nice but since she was learning the new computer it took her a little longer than usual. But the food was fresh and everyone was working very hard. They have a new soda machine which I like the options. And the Salad was very delicious. They really do deserve 5 stars. Not sure if the other reviews were a long time ago but today they did a great job.

I ordered the bacon swiss smash jack for my mother who is 78 yrs old. She took a bite and noticed the patty was ol,dried out snd had a bad taste. There was NO sauce on the burger just meat and cheese and the bun was over toasted.
I took the burger back to the restaurant and spoke to Romero who said he was a manager. I asked for the burger to be replaced and he refused because my mom cut a piece of the burger to taste it. He made me pay for a replacement because she didnt want the same burger she asked for a.chicken sandwich.
I have photos I wish I could post them here. I never understood why someone would serve food to people that they definitely wouldn’t serve themselves.

Completely messed up our order. I refuse to go to this location but was had to in this instance. They always forget something. This time they forgot a 4 tacos. A whole meal, and switched out 3 drinks for other drinks that we did not order. Absolutely horrible and prefer the one further down Aldine !

We stop by this Jack in the Box location about once every couple weeks, and it’s always a great experience. The service is consistently fast and friendly, and the food is fresh every time. We usually come in for the Breakfast Jacks—they always hit the spot! It’s nice to have a reliable spot like this where the staff takes care of you and keeps things moving. Definitely one of the better locations around!

Excellente! Best Jack in the Box meal ever prepared. I cannot believe I’m giving them(any Jack in the Box in the world in 2019) 5 stars. My first time getting the number 16 Teriyaki bowl and it was delicious good n’ hot. Freeeesssh! and I already love their eggrolls but they were extra delicious today as well. I really wanted to give them 4 stars because they didn’t give me any utensils and ther coke a lil flat(but they’re flat everywhere) it’s not the first time, ugh, I hate that. But the food was perfect and so was the customer service so 5 it is. I’m stuffed I’m this school line. The bowl’s portion is enough for some now and later definitely.

Issue: taco was SO oily, almost regurgitated .. Started eating my curly fries, about 50% were regular fries. Called the location to get resolution – “The mailbox you’ve called is full” *disconnect*
So here I am writing a review .. Although JITB might be comfort or hangover food, the combined failures are no excuse. I’ll be going to the restaurant with my receipt in the morning for compensation …. STAY TUNED.

Its so close to home so even knowing I’m going to leave mad. I still stop sometimes. But they get you to large size your meal, but the only thing that’s ever bigger is the containers i swear, i get the same amount if i get smallest or largest ones. Same amount of fries & same amount of soda just bigger box & more ice. I would say 4 out of 10 times i go throu the Drive-through I have to go back inside anyway because they got the order wrong & the point of a drive through is to be fast , food on the go , in a hurry..
