This was honestly the nicest jack in the box I’ve ever been in! Looks newish and modern. The dining room and bathrooms were very clean! The cashier was super nice. I enjoyed my meal there today!!

The service is always great here. The staff here are friendly and good people.
The quality of the food as.. gone downhill though. Haven’t been in about a year. I used to LOVE jacks breakfast menu.
But.. what happened??
They now use fake croissants( its normal bread molded to look like a croissant..texture and taste is waaaay off)
There ultimate breakfast is literally half the size of what it used to be.
There hashbrowns are as small and flat as McDonald’s.
Its just.. the food ain’t good anymore. Nothing against the employees. The atmosphere is great. The franchise though as…. lost its way.

Tried to order food and had a manager rush me through my order, when I asked why she brushed me off and walked away from me leaving another manager to apologize for her. Left because this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with this location.

Everything about this store is pretty mid. About as much as you can expect from any fast food restaurant.
Customer service was terrible for longest time. Recently they’ve gotten a little better but could still significantly improve. There are a couple of specific employees that are nice & gotten familiar with me but in general, collectively. The customer service still needs improvement. Early on, 7 years of my life work was in fast food/ customer service. I worked during dark days in my life & all, & I always put it aside & gave the best service I could so I absolutely do not excuse poor service.

Excellent service I order 6 order of 2 tacos every other location always gets it wrong and brings me 6 tacos instead of twelve the attendance was quick and fast and they even got every taco right and I was sitting down eating within 5 minutes super great

So today I ordered food from here and got loaded tiny tacos with NO lettuce!! Now mind u she repeated the order to me at the window and said “taco sauce” to begin with so I corrected her and after that she had a snarky attitude. So I’m confused as to why she was rude and STILL got my order wrong when I repeated it to her and corrected her?!!

If I were drunk this would be AWESOME. Sober me thinks the tacos are uber greasy and the chicken is thin & dried out. The cheese sauce & Texas toast are the only redeeming qualities.

I ordered my husbands meal a large which I was charged for, they gave me a large drink but not a large fry. Also didn’t put the 4 piece nugget I order for my son. They also had me pull up for my order and I sat there for a good 10 mins so I’m not sure why the order was so messed up.
