We enjoyed the service at this location. Adonna & Warren was very nice and friendly. They both took the time to help us understand the menu and made sure our order was correct. We had vegetarians in our party, and they made sure the meat items were separated from the vegetarian food selections. We enjoyed their smiling faces and will return to this location in the future because of them

Very concerning. I had to ask if they could take my order after standing at the counter for 10 minutes. After I did so she stared at me and said yeah in a minute. So patiently waited again. Finally she takes my order and doesn’t even look at me. Just says and what else while completely ignoring my presence and starring out the window the entire time clicking the computer screen.
Horrible experience while I am patiently waiting and being a great customer.
This is not the correct way to address a customer that’s been patiently waiting to place an order at their establishment. I felt like I was an inconvenience to simply place a small order.

There were people inside of the lobby eating, yet they had the lobby locked. Okay, that’s fine, I can use the drive thru. But when I used the drive thru, I asked the girl at the window THREE TIMES if she could put taco sauce in the bag, and she just told me everything should be in the bag…okay, whatever. I get to my destination, and lo and behold, no, everything I need is not in the bag. The taco sauce I asked for is not in the bag. So I drive back over there, but now they have a line wrapping over the entire parking lot, at which point now I’m mad that their lobby was locked. I used to be a Jack in the Box employee and I find this nonsense inexcusable. It costs you absolutely NOTHING to just do the very simple thing I asked. Yeah yeah I should have checked to confirm, but they also should not be lying to customers just because they are too lazy to do THEIR job.

I have tried multiple times to give this location a second and third… ( and fourth) try despite multiple bad experiences. The customer service is really bad here. Today I arrived at home with my food. I work a busy schedule and was looking forward to my meal as the first of the day. I returned back to the location after forgetting to retrieve my drink in the drive thru only to see more bad service. After getting home and taking the first few bites it was apparent that the burger was very old. The meat and cheese was hard and when I lifted the bun the mayo was icky and gross.

worst jack n the box ever the cleaning lady walked in on me & told me to hurry up so another hispanic dude can use it. she yelled & banged on the door very unprofessional. who ever owns this jack n the box is a bad owner the restroom is broke down & they only hire people that know spanish. 0 stars & the food is nasty & rushed

Got a salad and large curly fries. Service was quick, but staff was easily distracted and forgot to give utensils. They were busy I’m sure. Aside from this the restaurant was clean and well run, and was a good place to catch up on emails while I ate my food

Menu photo vs what was received.
The window advertisement had our mouth drooling 2 for $6. We ordered the double bacon breakfast sandwiches and received the BIGGEST DRIEST disappointment, no buttery sauce, only had 1 cheese (American) instead of 2 cheeses as advertised (American and Swiss), a piece of bacon broken into 4 pieces, and on overcooked egg. . I stick with the old trusties in the future — hamburgers and/or tacos.

My order was awful. Had a couple meals and 10 tacos. The burgers were cold and incredibly soggy. How is it cold AND soggy? The crazy thing is we were in the drive thru for between 20 and 30 minutes. We also only live 1.5 miles away. The tacos were hard and soggy at the same time, somehow half the tacos were only half full. I didn’t know the employees were required to be blindfolded while making tacos. Can’t believe I spent over $25 at this joke of a location. I sincerely hope someone reaches out to me give me my money back or I’m contacting the district manager
