l use to buy my dinner at this jack in the box. But lady was a horrible person l buy a sandwich and she doesn’t want to give any sauce. I ask her and she refused to give even one. I ask her for a sauce again and she wants me to pay for it. Bad service! From her. I don’t think I will stop by at this store. Anymore. Every sandwich you buy. For sure you deserve any sauce. And this woman wants charge apart if ask for a sauce. Mmmm

Don’t bother coming here the sign says open and the hours posted says they’re open heck you might even be able to watch someone with a full platter of food in the lobby eat probably free the food your willing to pay for at 6:40 am on a cold Saturday morning… if someone like Mara or whatever her name is there prepare for the absolute worst customer service possible. Do better please. I just wanted some taco sheesh…

The ultimate cheeseburger was okay but the onion rings and the fries were not good at all. I am very disappointed. I know it was late when I went but if the restaurant is open for business no matter what time you go the food should always be fresh. I would have taken them back and get a refund but hey we’re probably closed by then.

I know they have a timer on how fast they take care of customers, employee wanted to be smart. I didn’t moved so I got the worst burger ever extra small, one tiny piece of bacon it all looked disorganized.

I ordered a couple of egg rolls and tacos along with mini churros. The mini churros are very good. Had to try them. The egg rolls were as good as any Asian place I’ve been to. It was very quiet in the late evening. I was the only person sitting in.

I used to frequent this place a lot! But after my last 3 visits in 2025, I can truly say this place has gone under. The service is horrible not to mention slow. You pay at the window and the tell you to park in front so the franchise owner doesn’t see the long line on the cameras. Then you wait for 20+ minutes , jist to find out they forgot aboout your order because the were too busy making a doordash/ubereats order.
Once you get the food, its lukewarm at best, meanwhile you could have just gone to an actual restaurant for the same amount of wait time.

They supposedly ran out of large cups so the guy said he put on an order for x tra large cup of coke for 20 cents more i said that’s fine … but i get home and i noticed its more ice than drink . They’re such cheats
