Best meal I’ve ever had from a FF location do doubt! Ordered the Jack’s Fave Double Smash burger with bacon, curly fries and medium drink. I’m not blowing any smoke, I travel for work everyday. The meal was MADE TO PERFECTION . Great job to staff tonight!

I didn’t get to eat there this morning because of a geriatric rude manager with a heavy accent to where I could barely understand her and her annoying voice named Alicia. I think Alicia Mena as she was repeating over and over as I have already read her name tag, but she followed behind me to the door loudly saying her name.
I ordered a large combo but forgot to mention I wanted to exchange the hash brown for fries. So as I was starting to fix my drink, I thought that I forgot to ask for the exchange. So when I did , the person at the register asked Alicia and she said no, even tho I paid for a “Large Combo” to just to get a hash brown and I wanted fries. So as I’m trying to explain to her, she put her hand up with her palm towards me like a gesture for me to shut up and then offers me to buy a value fry.. so I ask for my money back and she gave it back with no hesitation.. And I come to this location every other day because of my kids and now they just lost a customer that is there every other day over a Hash Brown, something that they just will throw in the trash! That lady was really rude to me. Yall can do better!

I don’t know how it is normally but I will say everytime I go when Jesus is there, I get the best service! I was just there the other night and Jesus was on duty. He didn’t disappoint. Even though he was pretty much by himself, he handled all the customer request effectively. Ask me how I know… I went thru the line and realized I was going to use my app to save money. I parked and saw his determination to get the line down as well as make sure he asking for patience during the process. Not one time did he say he was alone but we knew. My food was hot and he made sure to engage with me as well as be tentative to what he had to do for the company. I don’t know how long he has been there but management should be his role in the near future. We need leaders like him because I only go there because of him.

Left the house in a hurry that morning, on the way to work I stopped for a quick bite enough to get me to lunch, the staff was very professional and polite with uplifting energy, I ordered 4 tacos and a small sprite and received my order right away

Ordered on the app and went to pick up only to be told someone already picked up my order. I explained to them that I didn’t pick it up but the old lady with caked on makeup told me someone showed her the receipt and picked up my order. She said there is nothing they can do and was smiling laughing about it. While another worker asked in Spanish if we should remake it for him. I don’t think they thought I knew Spanish so I started speaking in Spanish she then proceeded to tell me I can remake it for you but I’ll get in trouble… Which I know is a lie it was a burger and 2 tacos. Won’t be going back again and it sucks because it was close to my job.

The manager was screaming at employees. “I’m bagging up stuff what do you want me to do” at the top of her lungs. I didn’t get her name cause I was at the counter and she was at the window. But hopefully management sees this and probably already knows who she is so she can be disciplined. Scared the hell out of the front counter girl and myself. First and last visit to this location.
