If I could give no stars I would. The customer service was extremely terrible I placed my order thru the drive thru I guess they were understaffed or they were in the middle of a rush but they asked me to park and wait for my order mind you their were 3 other cars parked and waiting as well. I had no problem with that, the problem was when nobody came after 20 minutes. I decided to go and see if I could just get my food myself inside. Turns out they gave my food away to someone else. The lady that took my order then came and started telling me that the guy that left with my food would come back.After a while she finally started to remake my food in addition to that she tried to give me free food but I just wanted to get my order and leave mind you she also helped a customer with a restroom problem and not once did I see her switch gloves. To top it all off when I got my order and was heading towards the door to leave I overheard her and her coworker calling me names and profanities. Mind you I never once gave them attitude or was rude to them I just stood there and waited patiently for my food. I believe her name was Jada T. that is the name of my server on my recite. Over all a terrible experience that could of been avoided if they had better training or good customer service.

honestly, worst experience. I’ve had any Jack in the Box here in Houston and quite frankly it’s sad because that’s the closest one to my house and I’m really disappointed that that’s the only Jack in the Box. I have close to be honest it starts off with how they greet you and how you are treated until you get your food no matter what I order I get pulled up to wait up for whatever I asked for half of it they have half of it they know and at the end of the day I always have to double check my order because something is always missing or completely incorrect. I’ve seen pretty much the same stuff every time I go so I know it’s not just a coincidence I’m sorry to say it, but it is time for change at that location.

I just left Jack in the Box less than 30 minutes ago and I’m disgusted. I asked for 6 tacos with ONLY cheese and not only can they not count to 6 (I only got 5 tacos), they couldn’t even take the time to give me what I asked for. All the tacos looked like they were messed with to take out lettuce that was already in them then put in the fryer to appear hot which only made them stale and super greasy. You can tell when they have a crew that don’t give a damn because it wasn’t even busy, they just downright lazy and nasty!

just took my card payment gave me the bag, didn’t ask me nothing didn’t get no sauce didn’t get no napkins didn’t get no straw and coffee wasn’t even full. Just got my order and she closed The window on me, the last straw was my 4 yr old was conplaining about her breakfast sausage and egg sandwich was hard. When I opened it, it had half Of a hole Egg shell in it I had to get off go inside and complain about it. I think just end up taking off.

Hello y’all please don’t go to this Jack In The Box location bc the customer service is terrible & very unprofessional as I had a very bad experience at this Jack In the Box Yesterday @ this location 16310 South Post Oak Houston, TX 77053 as I ordered 4 Tacos when I started eating 2 of them I noticed that they were cold as I approached the front counter to ask how long has it been since they cooked them they didn’t answer me & the Restaurant Manager didn’t even apologize & asked me if I ate them I said 2 of them & that was the only way to find out if they were cold & she handed me 2 Dollars back as I went back to my seat to finish my other 2 Tacos, the Restaurant Manager came to my seat & said to me didn’t u say that they were cold why you’re eating them sounded with a voice very aggressive so I replied to her bc I’m hungry & she replied that I should’ve gave her $2 Dollars back but I never expected to get $2 Dollars back bc I actually thought that they were going to apologize & replace my food but they never did that so is very unprofessional & they badmouth McDonald’s that just opened across the street a few months ago but this Jack In The Box is much worse bc how can they sell cold food at a fast food Restaurant it doesn’t make sense so I don’t really feel like going to this Jack In The Box location anymore so I rather go to McDonald’s across the street.

When I had got home after getting my hair done, this is what was placed in my order on Wed night. How and who supposed to eat this sugar honey ice tea??? Definitely not me. I tried to call and let them know she didn’t give me a receipt because she knew that my order was a hot mess. NEVER will I eat at this establishment again while I am visiting this area of town!!
