FooD quality is delicious. I’m mostly order my food through the drive through now. The staff is not too happy, but is understandable. Whit so many consumers to attend to and homeless people,i be in a sour mood as well. Lobby And restrooms are clean. But There’s hardly anybody there. So when you eat , you eat by yourself. If i could give them negative 5 stars, i would. it’s always a problem here. i passed by around 4am after my night shift and this is the 3rd time i come here around this time and the employees are never inside working as they should. they a were smoking weed outside, & you can smell it as you drive up. i waited thirty minutes thinking maybe they were understaffed but no one ever came. i saw two cars infront of me also wait and leave after no one showed up. jack in the box.. DO BETTER & DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!!!!!!

Worst jack in the box ever. Couldn’t tell if the kid taking my order was high or under the influence but he couldn’t take my order with out being confused. Also got my order completely wrong and gave me burgers I didn’t order and left out items I ordered.

I am extremely disappointed with the service from this Crew, who works the night shift. The female workers have a really real attitude. I’ve ordered #16. I was not given the drink or the egg roll, and most importantly. There was a hair in one of the tacos, as you can see in the picture. Jack in the box MUST send someone to straighten up the night shift crew it is a total mess in this place. FIX THIS PLACE DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT, PLEASE.

If I could give zero starts I would!! I went through the drive through for a Oreo milkshake, saw her make it when I pulled up to the window and it tasted like spoiled milk! The ice cream or shake base or whatever that was milk based was definitely spoiled, sour even . It was absolutely disgusting. I couldn’t go back cause I was already on the beltway. But it’s crazy because I saw them also hand a milkshake to the person in front of me. I tried calling their establishment 3 times and they never answered, I don’t even think their number works. Yall be really careful eating here , hopefully I don’t get sick from that sip!

I have been trying to call the restuarant. I placed a drive thru order and the lady even recapped my order at the window. When I got ready to eat my food, the order was incorrect. I have tried to call the restuarant multiple times but nobody has answered. This is unacceptable… I am at work now so I can’t go back… I would like a refund.

The drive thru line at 4:30 pm was RIDICULOUS. do you not know how to move cars forward so those with quick orders can get out? I waited 20 minutes and was the 4th car in line when I placed my order for A DIET COKE. Don’t come here if you have places to be.
