I went today Feb 21 and five star service . These ladies are so friendly and outgoing. They make your day a little brighter. To the crew on Friday 11:30 thank you for make my it a great experience and the food was amazing too.

I just left about a hour ago getting food from the drive through.
So atmospher eating is for outdoors.
I belive the lady who helped me was Derly ( Hispanic lady with hair in bun, black shirt, very very friendly.)
Just wanted to take a second to give her 5 stars , she was so nice and professional.
Made sure g order was perfect on menu and that I had everything I asked for before I left.
Thumbs up to other staff as my food was super fresh, hot and order was ALL correct!
I don’t live in the area or eat fast food often, but i would definitely eat here again if in the area

As you can see i order a cheeseburger not a hamburger. Then I try calling they never answer this not the first time my order has been wrong. Its my fault for not checking. I know they can’t be trusted from before. I come cause its a convenient place for lunch by my route. Going back is hard im in a truck and it puts me in a bin trying to get out to turn around in my truck but I will take this back today.

If I could give a 0 star I would, every time I come here the older black lady in drive thru always has a attitude and always messes up the orders. Lines are always long, customers service is the worst, food is always under cooked or old also food is dripping in oil all the time you won’t enjoy your food here it’s a waste of money.

Has the same tasting tacos since I was a kid, and the price is still relatively low. Just don’t recommend getting a fountain drink, the lobby fountain drink dispenser taste horrible but the one they have for the drive through taste good

This was such a five star experience. I went may 23 11 am and first the girl taking my order was so friendly and personable. Such a great attitude which made it a pleasure but then I got my food and omg. It was the best food I have ever gotten from a Jack n the box. Its was hot fresh and crunchy cooked to perfection.thsie curly fries were the best I have ever had. Fast food 75 percent of the time is just yuck but this was 100 percent perfect fresh and crunchy goodness . Kudos to the cook because you are doing it right and thank you for the fresh food. Whatever crew you have today they have it going on 100!!!

Made a quick stop today for two meals. Burgers were great!
Curly Fries were soggy. They were served in a box today, like when they serve tiny tacos. I feel like they just have boxed stuffed with fried to save time but it makes them soggy and not appetizing.

Very ghetto service the lady working the drive through tried to over charge me didn’t ring up my order told me 40 even however I had just drove from a Jack that didn’t take my 100 so my order was 33 with change I told her she was wrong trying to rob someone who works just as hard as her not to mention she said no drinks because she didn’t feel like fixing the drinks for my meals but said I still had to pay full price and don’t get anything in place. Just to get my food and it’s not all there fries were fresh though but I was beyond upset I was feeding myself and 2 hungry children and it was one of their food who was messed up so I gave him mine and had to do a 12 hour shift hungry pressing for time to work please get better staff who actually values their job they were basically stealing money from Jack splitting it even had about a 2 yr old kid and a man inside when it’s closed
