Be careful ordering here. I ordered on 3/8/26 at 3:54 through the drive through, my order was for $14.35, I added on wedges at the window after a payment was taken for my order on Apple Pay. The young women with curly hair a flower hair clip said she cancelled my order to recharge me for the wedges (which didn’t make sense) and that I needed repay.. the money did not go back automatically like it should’ve, I proceeded with cash.. I tried to get an understanding about my refund but no one will answer the phone and I was ignored when I went into the establishment.. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE FRAUD AND THEFT. I’ve posted this at 5:27 on 3/9/26 (knowing the money would’ve be reimbursed by now).

the guy who was scheduled to work at the drive thru at 9:37 p.m on February 13th was extremely rude. Like he picks and chooses on who he wants to be nice like if that’s the case then why work at a Jack in the Box. Talk about miserable. Anyways, management should review him because he was rude and he gave us no receipt. I wonder why lmaoooo he probably didn’t want us to see his name because he knows he’s terrible.

Good customer service at the speaker, but barely any at the drive thru window. Only thing hot was the fries, everything else was lukewarm. Ordered 2 tacos, cheeseburger and sweet tea. I’ll give a pass since it was Christmas Eve and the line was long. I’ve visited here before with no issues.

I work night shift so I decided to stop here to get something to eat after work. It was just before 5am. I placed the order in advance so it will be ready when I got there. As soon as I got to the speaker the worker told me that they were closed. I thought this place was 24 hours. I already paid for my meal online. If I didn’t do that she wouldn’t have served me. I will not be coming here ever again.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I came here after a long day at 3:32 AM and made sure to check the hours beforehand—it said 24 hours. When we pulled up to the order screen, the employee just said, “It’s closed.” I was confused and said “Huh?” and she repeated, “It’s closed.” What made it even more frustrating was that the car in front of us had just received their food. The whole situation felt rude and unprofessional. Very disappointing experience at this Jack in the Box.

Jose made this late night food run Quite Memorable & Enjoyable. He Raised the bar to a New Std. The system was down, requiring app order at 4:30am. The other team members could learn from him, he was patient, attentive and friendly. All of WHICH IS BASICALLY NON EXISTENT in 2day FastFd Industry.
