I usually stop sometimes at this location on my way home for a quick bite to eat. Every time I go an order. I always say please make sure it’s hot and fresh because I can wait. Soon I order im the only car. Soon I get to the windows my order is already ready. I ordered sour dough meal with cheddar curly fries. I was like I know that’s not my order. Fries was old dried up and cold burger was ok. So I hand them back to Anthony the drive thru windows guy. And ask him can I get some fresh fries. Then they bring me another order fries was fresh but the cheddar sauce was cold cheese wasn’t even melted. So then I tell him where is a manger he then post up at the window saying we put in microwave for 30 seconds. I said so do it suppose to be cold he says yes. I say I don’t think so. Then him with his smart Lil mouth let me get a manger. So she then comes and says do you want it in the microwave at that point idc. Because I knew I wasn’t even about to eat it anyways. Anthony doesn’t have customer service skills he doesn’t need to be at the drive through window at all. Not my first run in with him. I will not be stopping at that location ever again. When someone says make it fresh I can wait. What don’t they understand. $14 gone to the trash because they don’t understand.

I like jumbo jacks but I hate cheese on my burgers and mayo. When I order a jumbo jack with mustard and no mayo and no cheese why is it soooo hard to make it that way? So now I get home and there is not 1 but 2 slices of cheese on my burger that I now have to throw away, it can’t be that hard to get an order correct can it?

I bought the monster munchie meal today, which included 2 “monster” tacos, 1 mozzarella stick, curly fries, and 4 chicken nuggets.
The “moster” tacos are barely bigger than their regular used to be. Perhaps in the past 9 months they changed the size of the regular tacos to give the consumer less, but we end up paying more. As for the regular tacos being smaller, i would assume they’ve reduced the size of the monster tacos too, which isn’t the fault of this particular store, but the corporation as a whole.
The mozzarella stick was an abomination; I included a photo. I don’t know if a lack of cooking is too blame, or if they aren’t using 100% fresh mozzarella, but it was a horrible surprise to bite into. It had the texture of ricotta cheese and i don’t remember the flavor because i spat it out so fast. DO NOT TRY/BUT THIS ITEM!
The curly fries were fine, hot and crispy as to be expected.
The nuggets were old and dried out. They weren’t good at all.
I didn’t get my money’s worth because 2 of my 4 items were inedible in my opinion. I will be forwarding this to corporate.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Jack in the Box location. When I approached the counter to place my order, the manager informed me that he would not take my order and that I was required to use the self-service machine at the front of the store instead.
While I understand that many restaurants are incorporating kiosks for convenience, the way this situation was handled felt dismissive and unprofessional. As a paying customer, I expect basic customer service and the option to place an order with staff if needed.
The interaction with the manager was abrupt and lacked any effort to assist or provide a welcoming experience. Customer service should always be a priority in the hospitality industry, and unfortunately that was not reflected during my visit.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location.

I don’t know who is running the grill at 3 AM, but they deserve a Nobel Peace Prize. Those tacos are a culinary enigma—crunchy, greasy, and somehow the only thing keeping the fabric of society together. Jack is the only man I trust with my late-night bad decisions. One bite of a Sourdough Jack and I’m ready to run for office. It’s not just fast food; it’s a spiritual awakening in a cardboard box. If being this satisfied is wrong, I’ll see you in the drive-thru.

Hurt my tooth trying to bite into a chicken sandwich because the meat was so hard and old that it wouldn’t rip. I understand this is fast food, but it would be nice to receive something hot and freshly cooked rather than something that’s been sitting out.

We stopped here on our trip to Houston because we hadn’t been to a Jack in the Box since living in Los Angeles! The store was clean enough. Service was good. Food was… well, it’s Jack in the Box! We had the Sourdough Jack combo, and it was exactly what we remembered it being. All in all, a good visit. We ate inside and had a good quick stop.

I came in late to make a purchase, and the employee began making inappropriate assumptions about me, as if I were being chased or involved in something suspicious. Nothing about the interaction was professional. The employee then attempted to continue the service in a rude manner, which made me feel very uncomfortable. Because of this, I decided to leave without ordering, as I no longer felt safe or confident that my order would be handled properly, and I feared possible retaliation such as tampering with my items.

I would give it more stars but not for the service. I wanted to wash my hands before sitting for my meal and the restroom was closed. And I used the fountain water instead. According to them the floor was wet. Other customers were being told it was closed. After dining I asked and finally let in. Otherwise the food was great. Had ordered a Cluck Sandwich Combo and two tacos . Enjoyed. (Feb. 5)
